The room feels dated and small. AC doesn't seem to work, but thankfully, it's not hot outside, so it doesn't bother us. There was some kind of event going on, so the hallways were really noisy.

The noise level was very high until the pool closed. The hotel appears to have been a former brand known for their Holidomes back in the 70s, so all the rooms are enclosed facing the pool and breakfast area, thus making it very loud. The eggs at breakfast were the worst I've ever had. The sausage was not very good either. Even though the room "looked" nice, there were quality issues : flooring was loose, a/c didn't cool well, not all bulbs worked, there was a used washcloth in the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable. The room looked nice, though the flooring wasn't attached well. Staff was nice.

It was ok it did the job but would been more comfortable and nice if once entering the room you could tell it wasn't cleaned properly and had old stained up sheets on the bedding which wasn't a good feeling to sleep on.

They really need to put some kind of texture on the bottom of your bathtubs. My business partner almost slipped while taking a shower twice and he's not exactly known as a clumsy person. The bed... crinkled? When we sat down or moved around to suddenly/ fast. I'm guessing it's because there are cheap mattress covers on the beds. Which is great to keep bed from getting stained. Not so great for sleeping or having confidence that the bed isn't overdue to be replaced. None of the outlets that were usually used by hotel guests worked in our room and definitely none near one of the 2 beds. The last 2 are just minor complaints and weren't really part of my scoring, and should be treated as more of a suggestion for the hotel overall. Normally, the sheets on the bed are the smoothest and softest fabric on a hotel bed. This was not the case here. Now, a normal, non sunburnt person might not really care, but I literally had to put the comforter under me to sleep bc the sheets agitated my sunburn so much. Breakfast should really go until at least 10 since checkout is at 11 and most places serve breakfast anyway until that time.

The set up of a lot of the rooms looking out over the courtyard with a pool at the bottom was cool. I haven't seen that kind of layout since the 90s. The floors in the room were heated hard surface floors (I'm guessing laminate given the fact that out has no texture but looks like wood) and we're clean. The pillows and comforter were both smooth, soft and comfy.

We had no view and breakfast was average. And we didn't like paying $434 for a $150 - $200 dollar room, at best. We came because of our daughter's graduation and we got jammed.

I could tell that they tried to remodel, but it looked beaten up already. The mirror frame was messed up, the vinyl flooring & tiling/didn't look as though it was professionally installed. The tiles on the shower wall had dirt spots.

The bed was comfortable. The fridge was a nice size for a hotel room. The room was a nice size.

Last night there we were up until after 2 am because there were a group of people highly intoxicated (a Tuesday night) and fighting, screaming/yelling along with running and slamming things around. Called the office and they finally were making them leave. They also were smoking inside the room which was keeping out from their door. Just disrespectful.

Lobby furniture needs update, one they have is filthy and old. Very unwelcoming when walk inside. People at pool/courtyard very loud until late at night.
