The location and staff were excellent, and maintenance was prompt when needing assistance with leaking shower head.

Dried dip spit down the sides of the nightstands and the undisclosed daily parking fee at the hotel(by booking.com at time of reservation)** fee is stated on hotel website, however.

    Cute, good central location.

Over priced for what you are getting. Limited parking that you have to reserve ahead of time. We ended up having to park in a garage a little bit down the road for over $50!! :(

Crystal was helpful and friendly with check in, check out and letting me keep my bags in the office til my Uber showed up a couple hours after check out on leave day. Dropping my son off for college and the location could not be better for that. Coffee was good. Donuts were scrumptious!

    No real complaints.

I thought the location was good. The price for parking was fair and things were within walking distance. The pet fee was also reasonable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The fresh daily donuts, popcorn, moonpies and RC cola were a nostalgic touch. The room was clean, the bedding, pillows were good. I was happy to find a mini fridge, a little coffeemaker and real cups and beverage glasses. The furnishings were cute mid century modern. It did take me back to when I was young and went on family vacations and this is the " fanciest" place we might have stayed.

The room we were in (120) was right behind the rear entrance to the office/reception area. It was not ideal because the dog would bark when doors opened or closed or when he heard voices. The king-size bed had a squeaky spring in the foundation box spring on one side, not ideal if you move much or are a light sleeper. The vent fan in the bathroom could not be shut off. They said it is for humidity reasons The TV did not have cable but you could connect to wifi and stream to it. The staff ( Wren) did help us get connected. He was super nice. There was no hair dryer just as a FYI.

    I loved the nostalgia.

The property felt a bit outdated and could use some modernization while still maintaining the nostalgic feel.

Loved everything. But…paying extra for parking? Seriously! Should be included with the room!

It’s a really good location, and the room was absolutely huge. We loved the morning doughnuts and complimentary popcorn and drinks.

The room was not well maintained and a little bit grubby. We also thought the daily parking charge of $25 was very steep, and some of the front desk staff weren’t the friendliest or most helpful. The air conditioning unit was also fighting for its life and not very powerful.

We had no problems at all with this hotel and were extremely happy with everything. The staff was friendly and quick to help, and we always enjoy the fun touches like donuts and lemonade in the lobby. We’ve stayed here quite a few times and will keep coming back—it’s always a great experience.

The only minor issue was our door handle not working, but the staff quickly replaced the entire mechanism while we relaxed in the lobby with snacks. It would have been nice to receive a small courtesy (like a parking refund) for the inconvenience, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our enjoyment of the stay.

Donuts, coffee, popcorn were great! Having moonpies & RC Cola in our room when we arrived was a cute surprise

The doors could use an update and paying to park in THEIR parking lot is ridiculous

Its such a cool place really well done. Very clean staff was so sweet. Crystal was awesome. The only downside fall they have no cable you have to supply your on service. They do have utube. Other than that it was perfect for a quick trip for the night.

Loved the location & the moonpie & colas were cute. The complimentary donuts were also pretty good:)

The walls were extremely thin … we had to listen to the neighbors have sex every morning and in the middle of the night which was kind of uncomfortable for us . The room also wasn’t very clean , dusty & there was rust in a lot of places and on many of the items which could have easily been disposed of and replaced.

Friendly staff! Cool, 1950s-60s vibe the bed was extremely comfortable! It was clean. Just a few blocks from the Bay Street area.

Its definitely an older building, so it has the aroma of an older building. Just bring a glade plug in or can of febreeze and you'll be fine. Still worth the stay

They gave my dog a treat at check in. Friendly staff. Bed was comfy and for being on a busy road, it was quiet at night.

The blinds had a layer of dust on them. The room smelled so strongly of cleaning products it was almost nauseating.
