The well water had a definite odor but I don’t think the property owner can do anything about that. Also, there was a lot of standing water around the house so the mosquitos were terrible.

There was just enough space. Everything was very clean. I was really able to relax.

The water filter needed replacing to help the sulfur smell. The bed in the main could be upgraded, and/or increased in size. Overall, good stay.

The house was outfitted with everything you need for a solid stay. It was clean. The porch had a great umbrella. Family of four plus 1 small dog fit great.

This property is in the perfect location with the BEST landlords! If you want to have a quick easy getaway with stores and the beach all within walking distance. This is the house for you! Oh and the sunsets from the front patio are EXCEPTIONAL! Quit thinking about booking and just do it you won’t regret it, and you deserve some beach time 🌊🦀

There were a few things that needed improvement, but it was definitely not a deal breaker to rent again. We arrived late and the sun was down already. The grill is under the house, which is fine, but there were no lights to be able to see. There also were no porch lights on the deck for late night porch sitting. The lawn chairs on the deck definitely need to be replaced. The salt water air has rusted them. But overall, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely rent this cute beach house again!

The location was great! It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Great view of the bay from the deck. House is located on a quit street. Beds were comfortable, and we all were able to have a great night's sleep. All the little necessities no one wants to pack were provided for the kitchen and bathrooms. The owner has amazing communication, and the response time was very impressive. And the price can't be beat!

Being two blocks off the beach made it very quiet and relaxing. I loved watching the sun set over the bay. The house had more kitchen amenities than expected and the A/C was very cold! While the home was a little dated, it felt like a comfy, family place that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time.

The location was very convenient as there is easy access to beach by foot and car. There are lots of places to eat and shop about 15-20 minutes away. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. It was decorated and furnish nicely, allowing accommodation of 6 guests total. Everything worked and each room had a tv. WiFi also works very well. I really appreciated the air conditioning working very well. The area is very relaxing and quiet, wonderful for families. The deck space is spacious and has plenty of seating. The best part was how accommodating and kind the host was with my questions. I really appreciate Mai for making our trip significantly smoother. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lots of routine maintenance lacking attention. Host sent a list of broken items to avoid before we arrived. The previous tenants left diapers and bottles with sour milk in the house. The outdoor furniture downstairs was rusted and unusable. Two benches upstairs were broken. The stove was not functioning correctly. The bed frame in the master bedroom downstairs was rusted through and broken. The TV in the living room did not work. Overall, it was a disappointment 😞

The outdoor shower was convenient. The AC worked well.

Not comfortable with this place felt like we were being watched with alarm going off when we arrive and leave in different parking areas so obviously the host was getting notifications as we come and go even got a message saying that we look to have more than allotted amount of people which was wrong we had 6 even thought the house is definitely not big enough for 6. Such an uncomfortable feeling of being watched. Refrigerator was not working we were told the host would send someone out but we made it work ok enough but the everything was slightly colder than room temperature. Freezer worked fine. Stove was so small no provided cooking sheets so make sure you bring small ones be careful reclining back in the recliners ones broke the others got a glass fish that might come falling on your head we moved the glass fish. Stairs are steep be careful upstairs bathroom is kid size. Expect to get stuck in downstairs bathroom the handles a little wonky also the upstairs balcony door handle is wonky and could also get stuck for a min. But worst of all the property is so dark with tons of non working balcony lighting and a few motion sensor lights on the stairs. The place is dog friendly but very hard to take a dog outside after dark And carrying groceries is difficult.

How it was walking distance to the beach with nice balcony to sit outside but no view of ocean It’s a view of the bay. Outside shower was good.

House definitely don’t look like the picture ..it was hair in the shower plus a roach in the kitchen 0/10 definitely don’t recommend ..I should have took pictures …DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!
