It would have been really helpful if there were water fountains scattered throughout the hotel instead of getting complimentary water every other day.

The room was orderly, clean and very spacious. The hotel is in a prime location, next to the metro centre, allowing one to get almost everywhere via the metro system.

Carpet in the lobby and elevator could use an upgrade. The bathroom was huge but awkward with the tub in the middle. A little mini mart on the property would have been convenient. The breakfast food was average at best.

Location: close to eataries, shopping, attractions. Area appeared safe. Room was very roomy. The upstairs restaurant and bar were excellent. Good price for the room.

Unfortunately this time we stayed we were disappointed with certain things. Firstly the room we were given the air con didn’t work and with the walls being so thin and having a family next door with kids constantly screaming and running around making lots of noise we had to change our room late at night which was very annoying considering we had been travelling 16 hours by flight and were so tired. The new room was more quiet but we found blood stains on the bed sheets.

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and we loved it so much we decided to come back again. The room itself is lovely and the staff friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious. The location is great.

The neighborhood worries us, especially at night. It's only three blocks to the subway station, but along the way, we encounter many people wandering around, and we don't feel safe.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. They let us store our bags in advance, gave us an early check-in, and then added an extra bed to our room for free. Excellent service! Excellent food.

The bathroom had a glass wall that would have been OK, but I was a mom traveling with her teenage son. Had I known, I would have booked someplace else. Also, dogs are allowed everywhere, and you can smell it it the hallways leading to your room.

The window between the bedroom area and bathroom was the strangest thing I've ever seen in a hotel room. I can't make any sense of why there'd be a view into the shower and where someone was using the toilet from the bedroom. What is the point of that?

Elevators could be made a touch brighter, and at some point the carpets in the rooms could be changed. Also, having a digital thermostat would be great too. I was either too cold or too hot

I was there for a conference being held at theLA convention center so the walking distance from the location was good. The cafe downstairs was good too. The rooms were well cleaned, although carpets looked worn out. I also appreciated the online check in process, especially being able to request for the room you were looking for.

i think upgrading to white lights over the halogen bulbs would make the room feel nicer and cozier, also adding something to the bathroom so it’s just not a empty room with a toilet. Change the stopper for the bath tub.

The parking garage directly under the hotel is 3rd party and had no ins and outs and it was hard to find the entrance to the garage. The restaurant was closed during the day and you could only order through the bar. The fridge in the room didn’t get very cold.
