Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe check in line to start was very long. I waited almost half hour before I got to the front desk. Check in is at 4pm however my family and I didn’t arrive to the hotel till a little after 6pm. When I finally arrived to the front of the line and spoke with the front desk agent I originally booked two rooms on the same floor as my family since conjoined rooms weren’t available. I spoke with a supervisor prior to arriving who assured me that both of my rooms would be on the 8th floor. However the nice agent that helped me let me know that one room was “dirty” and I would have to take another floor. She was really trying to accommodate me however, the room I was supposed to stay in was blocked out since it was dirty is what she was explaining. She then went to call the supervisor Deatra who explained the room is dirty and I’ll just have to take another floor. I asked the supervisor if check in is at 4pm and I am expecting to be on the same floor as my family then how come the room is not ready and it’s after 6pm. She was very dismissive then said “after I help this gentleman then I’ll help you”. When she helped me I asked her is there anything that can be done for this inconvenience she mentioned an hour extra for check out time which was not much since my family and I planned to check out by 11am. I then mentioned I spoke with another supervisor Jean who confirmed the two rooms would be on 8 then she ask the agent who was helping me for my name and went to the back. She came back after waiting a few minutes with the new room keys for the original room I was supposed to have on 8th floor which was appreciated but why did I have to go back and forth and mention someone else in order for something to get done. In addition, after a long drive down my family and I went to our rooms to change to go to the rooftop bar that we heard so much about on the 23rd floor. However, the workers there were very inattentive.
I enjoyed the location, it was not a far walk from the boardwalk. The heated pool was also amazing, I really enjoyed it.

United StatesWe came later than check in because we were visiting my grandma on hospice and it was last minute. The hotel gave us a complementary checkout at 2p due to family circumstances and the late arrival and 1 night stay. Thank you very, very much! We really appreciated the extra time to sleep in, pack up and say hi and bye to the beach. Thank you ALL for being so friendly!!! Hopefully next time we come it will be for a true vacation! 😊

United StatesThe smoke/gas detector started to beep in the middle of the night due to low battery, we called the reception and reported the situation but nobody came to fix it. Parking was not free, we paid $25.00 per day. The swimming pool was not clean, there was a lot of hair in it.
The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Room was cleaned and linens were replaced daily. Housekeeping service was amazing.

However, during the move from room to room, my wife left a bag with 250$ worth of contents in it. 10 minutes later it was nowhere to be found. Not in our possession, not in our new room, and according to housekeeping and staff, not in the old room. And I’m still waiting for my deposit…

After taking 1 hour to check in, our room keys did not work for the first room provided. After 3 times up & down elevator back to the front desk, the staff finally moved us and upgraded our room. The room was nice, clean & had a nice view.
