Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesPeople need to be aware, especially on the companies website that this is Tahiti resort. Not to be confused with Tahiti Village, a different and unrelated property which has different amenities. Even the girl at the desk said other people have not properly understood the difference they thought they were booking one property when they were actually booking a different one.
It’s a very nice property. Very clean. Loved the pools. Staff was incredible.

United StatesThe elevator was far from our room, so it was tough to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. Other than that, there was nothing that was bad about the room.
The room had a view of the pool and it was so pretty and relaxing. The room was the perfect size for us. We also liked that it had a full kitchen and fridge to support our need for food and cooking in the room.

United StatesI received a phone call at 0400 followed by a male knocking at my door about 10min later. This person was completely unknown to us yet he had certain information that he could only obtained from the front desk. I Immediately contacted the front desk and the male answering my call seemed nervous by my questioning. Security is a concern. This event will make me evaluate if I will choose to stay here again.

United StatesThe resort was very dated. Needs a renovation. The hallway carpets were filthy and ripped throughout. Enjoyed the hot tub until the bees ran us away. The bathtub was too high. We had to help a member of our party into the shower. I'm tall but also had trouble stepping into the shower. I did ask for accommodations prior to coming.
The suites were very roomy, at home like. Enjoyed the pool.

United StatesThe room was right across from the elevator, BUT I had to walk the entire length of the hotel for a luggage cart. I have a disability, so this was painful.
I have lived in apartments smaller than this suite! It was lovely. Great facilities. I would definitely stay there again with the caveat that the room be ADA accessible. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When I went to get ice late at night, the security latch somehow flipped (I didn't even know that was possible), and I was locked out. Thankfully, a maintenance worker was able to remove it with some tools and a lot of muscle! Very weird, one-off thing. I didn't use the pool(s), but they looked beautiful.

United StatesI didn’t like that there isn’t much to do within the property. My plan was to book at the Tahiti Village, but I never realized that there was a second Tahiti sister franchise. It was my mistake, when I arrived to Tahiti Village, they informed me of my mistake and I was very upset at myself. The rooms at Tahiti resort made up for it I guess, they were very comfortable. Anyways, I just wish they would have more activities. We had to go out of hotel to find things do.
The room was great, felt like I was at home. One of the most comfortable rooms I have ever stayed at. The space, and the layout of the rooms are great. I booked 2 rooms, so having all that space was magnificent.

United StatesThere was only one elevator for a very long L shaped hallway. My husband has copd and was very winded by the time we reached our room with our luggage. We should have asked for a handicap room. Perhaps the room would have been closer to the lobby or an elevator.

United StatesI didn't like the fact that we had to call numerous times for towels, pool towels, blankets, and trash bags. There was an in room water heater that didn't work and had to be serviced for us to have hot water. The pull-out bed had blood stains on the sheets and food particles and had to be changed. There was clerk named Armando that was very rude to my daughter when requesting pool towels. I approached him about it and he never apologized but brought the additional towels requested. After speaking to the front desk clerk, I was told that they have had several complaints about Armando. Why is he still there? Bad for business. Upon checking out, there was a guest checking out who identifed himself as a time share owner. He was very angry about his room having roaches and being asked to vacate his room prior to agreed checkout time. Unfortunately, we will not be returning nor recommending this location to anyone based on the experiences that my family and I had at this location.
The hotel was quiet and parking near our room was available during our stay. The pool was available and clean, never over crowded. I liked the full kitchen amenities, washer and dryer, and jetted tubs in both rooms. The front desk clerk Wilbur was very nice during the time we were there. My daughter was able to use the business center as well. Starbucks and Dennys are adjacent to the hotel. Beds were comfortable and blackout curtains were an added bonus.

United KingdomWe could very clearly hear our neigbours next door (the studio have a locked door (in the wall) that leads to the other room). The corridors need a little bit of TLC. A little dark, the window doesn't let much light in.
Very spacious studio, it was possible to make our own hot drinks and food. Spotless bathroom. Very large, super comfortable bed. A small table also on the room. Ironing board, hairdryer, fridge, microwave and a safe provided. Lamps had an usb port to charge the phones. Enough space in the parking lots. There is also a free shuttle bus that takes people from the hotel to the strip and back. Very polite and helpful staff at the reception.
