I don't know how to answer this... .as breakfast DID carry all basics.... cereals, toast/yogurt/waffles and even fresh fruit! So, all in all... this was a good place to stay .... and again, very nice owners.

Very Nice and Accommodating owners/ staff. Ask and you shall receive, for sure! Compared to other places to stay in DM, this motel is very affordable.... but does lack newness and breakfast was general basics, but highly acceptable! Bed was very comfortable, excellent shower and location is excellent, as is the price.

It took all day to get room cleaned. We stayed 3 nights and just never had the room cleaned. Just got fresh towels

No elevator even though it is only 2 floors. Kind of hard for an old man with a bad back. Wi fi was slow. My key didn't work twice.

The breakfast was my only disappointment. The coffee was literally like tinted water - it was so weak! I asked the front desk clerk to check on it and he did, but assured me it was fine. (It was not.) There was very little food remaining when I got to breakfast at 9:30. The yogurts were frozen solid. The bananas were not ripe. Very likely out of his control.

Overall, the experience was fine and the room was clean and comfortable and at a very cheap price.

Noise, someone in the room above stomping around at 2 A.M. A used washcloth from a prior guest hanging at the end of the shower curtain. Chairs with fabric seats that are dirty drive me crazy, clean them, or get furniture you can wipe off. Also no one cleaning the breakfast area during breakfast time. Dirty counters and not so good coffee.

I could not figure out how to use the television. I don't have internet TV at my house and I am not used to figuring out all the stations.

The breakfast was good. They had waffles and the cereal I like plus juice. The location is convenient to where I live. My sister and I stayed there because my house is small. The price is fair too. There are restaurants near by. It was easy to check in.

It could have been a little cleaner but it’s 65$ a night so for that price it was a solid stay.

Safe location and not too busy. Short distance from most things like restaurants, bars and convenience stores. The price per night was hard to beat and the quality of the hotel was decent. Rooms were clean and room service was there to offer cleaning services if needed.

Staff member at desk made us go the long way to our room. We’re an older couple and the extra distance makes a difference when carrying many items. People next door to our room had the tv on loud at 3:00 am with lots of talking. A door was slammed at 1 am which woke me up.
