The building has a lot of potential for investment, and it needs a lot of TLC. It breaks my heart to see it in its current state.

Room had some maintenance issues. Street parking is weird. Some sections are metered only, while others are by permit only.

Outlet nothing stays plugged in😂. Was told 20$ parking on booking was 25$ worst parking spots ever. Staff not friendly and wouldn’t keep nothing valuable in room.

I'm glad a read reviews before booking. It is bare bones and affordable, which I knew going into it. I just needed a place to sleep for two nights and it was that. The bed was quite uncomfortable. So if you have issues sleeping this may not be the place for you. I personally brought my own bath towels because I love soft, fluffy bath towels. I'm glad I brought my own. This place isn't bad. It is just barebones, close to the beach, and close to the main street.

It needs a good cleaning and some updates. I Had sand throughout the room and TV reception was horrible. The bed 🤣 imagine sleeping on a fullsize board and laying a comforter ontop of it... OVERALL I wasn't in my room but to change clothes,shower , and sleep IF IT HELPS 😉 The Shower Was exceptional 👌

Walking a half block to the Sandy Beach & Boardwalk Is 👌 Perfect The view from the window & room I was in, was nice with a wonderful breeze in the evening hrs. People on foot heading to & from the boardwalk & beach, sounds of children swimming next door and many riding bicycles.

Renovation is in order. We got what we paid for. A cheap room with a bed. The door was barely usable.

We stayed in the full bed room option, and we got what we paid for. I somewhat felt unsafe at night; the door locks were a little hard to use and the bottom of the door didn’t completely reach the floor. We weren’t able to use the towels given to us because they were stained. We also did not feel comfortable sleeping on the sheets/mattress because of said stains and instead used our own towels to shower/blankets to sleep. This is an extremely easy fix for the owner. Our toilet also stopped working halfway through our stay which lead to trips to the nearest Wawa at night. The flooring seemed unclean and we didn’t walk on it without shoes on. All this place needs is a decent paint job, clean, unstained sheets that actually fit the bed, a different housekeeping staff (if there is one) and a different layout within the room. This place definitely does have potential with a renovation.

The location did it for us. That was the only decent aspect. We definitely got what we paid for. A good thing was that we were given a parking pass for the days we were there (only if you were able to give a credit card to keep on file) so we did not have to fight with the meters.

For me - difficult to climb external stairs to 1960-1980 beach house. Room was clean but cramped with extremely loud under window A/C unit duct tape sealed.

Not completely unexpected of a beach "house" hotel. It was fine for one (or two nights). Super great location in Rehobeth Beach. Had simple amenities I did not expect in bathroom

It was dirty and slightly shabby. The appliances were unplugged when we arrived to save money. The room had been cleaned so close to check in the table was still wet. There were crumbs under the mattress and in the corner of the bathroom. The room was as small as they come, barely big enough for the bed. There was barely any parking available near this location, and most of it was pay by hour, though that isn’t the motels fault: That’s just part of being close to the beach. The manager was tired and disgruntled any time I saw him. Overall, for 80 bucks within two blocks of the beach, I kind of got what I expected.

Eh, you get what you pay for. The best thing about it was it was cheap and close to the beach, but that was about it. Also the manager did come when you called, so that was appreciated. While he wasn’t pleasant per say, he was at least present.
