The spa tub wants clean turned the jets on and black stuff came out. Tried 5 times to use it but no luck.

The water had a rotten egg smell, and when I called about it, was told it was just where it's well water. There wasn't any room to put dry food in the kitchen.

Loved everything about it. From the moment we stepped in, until we left, we felt right at home.

The bed was a little firm for my taste. Also the closet space is limited due to the washing/drying machine combo being inside there.

Pictures didn't do it justice. Absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of areas for secluded lounging. Absolute perfect choice for our honeymoon. We loved the swing and firepit out back. Enjoyed having breakfast eating off the barrel table on the front porch and the porch swing was perfect in the evenings. Nightly hot tub was amazing.

Horrible odor when running water and even after it was supposed to be fixed it still smelled and lingered in the cabin for the 7 nights we were there. This was the perfect cabin for us and we are sad to have to find a different one to stay next time.

We got to the cabin late at night and the porch lights weren’t on as they should have been for our safety and per an email we received before we arrived. The kitchen sink was leaking underneath and the boards under the sink were rotting out from the pooling water. It smelled like cigarettes. The hot water was sulfur smelling, so we emptied the hot water heater multiple times so we could use the hot water but the smell wouldn’t go away. We didn’t want to take a sulfur water bath in the nice jacuzzi tub in master bedroom. The hot tub smelled like straight bromine, which were scattered all over the back patio floor, crushed up and whole tablets (multiple tablets x5) … which my one year old had in his hands and mouth and it just could have been really bad. We wouldn’t want to get in a hot tub that smells like there is entirely too much chemicals. There was a half full Gatorade bottle underneath the pull out couch bed and crumbs/blood stains on the couch bed mattress. It was a really cute cabin- they just should have done better. The maintenance man did fix the leak under the sink, but it’s still rotted out. He couldn’t do anything about the water smell.

We loved arriving at the cabin- the location was wonderful and it was really cute. It was simple to get inside with the door code. Our little ones loved the arcade games 👾the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom was so inviting, I even brought bath salts to soak in… I was excited to use it. I really liked how the bathroom door branched off to the back screened in porch with the nice hot tub. The golf game was awesome. It’s wonderful to be able to do laundry, super cute laundry closet. I liked that when we encountered a problem with our cabin, Natural Retreats did everything to ensure our family had the best vacation. We will definitely be coming back and staying with Natural Retreats in one of their many beautiful cabins they have to choose from.

The bed was super hard and uncomfortable and the water was so strong with a sulfur small it would make you gag. It was undrinkable and you didn't even want to shower for the smell. Oh, and get a Keurig, they are $59 and much more convenient.

The water didn't work and we was told they was getting someone to fix it and then the next day we would call and they said they was getting someone to come out the next day and they never did but they did refund us 2 nights stay
