We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe bathroom tub didn't have a drain stop. The bathroom itself needs remodeled and upgraded. Sink has stains where water has dropped over time. In addition, the pillow cases didn't look clean.

United StatesThat first room we were given smelled like smoke, the toilet was filthy, there was a dirty towel by the sink and the TV didn't work. The second room we were moved to was much better. We went to the restaurant right next door to the hotel and it was really good.
The staff was great. There was a complimentary breakfast, which was ok.

United StatesThe bed was held up by a rock. The bathroom was disgusting it had like brown stuff in the corner of the bathroom that went all the way up the wall. There was no hot water. The A/C was not working and the floor was extremely sticky. There were people yelling outside all night. They allow dogs, but there was no where to walk the dogs to use the restroom and everything was concrete near by.
The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They also were very helpful when needed. The sheets were very soft.

United StatesThe scent of lavender fabuloso hit me as I entered the room. It was over powering & it made me instantly nauseous. The room had dog food,hair, and dirt on the floor. There was also part of a grapevine left on the bed. The bathroom dry wall, baseboards, and caulking were poorly done & unfinished. They were filthy. To the left of the toilet paper roll appeared to be blood splatter. I spoke to the clerk & she said she could t refund my money because I used a 3rd party agent.

I give it a 1 😡Due to the owner giving away our reservation. Even thou I tried telling him I made the reservation. Instead he told me my card was declined which it wasn't. He tried giving me another room with a higher price and just 1 king bed.
