You need to have extra towels available and delivered to room instead of making guest return dirty towels to front desk before getting fresh towels.

Nothing all was good. The timing of our stay was very enjoyable and very serene.

Walking the beach enjoying the laid back atmosphere. Not crowded with teenagers or young children. Very relaxing time.

I would have preferred a hot breakfast instead of a continental breakfast. That was the only thing that I would like to see improved on.

No microwave and very small fridge. No ice machine.

The room was clean, location was great. The staff was great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Zach at the front desk was awesome.

Growing pains !

The property is under construction and new management. They are having growing pains in the form of flooding, or no water for most of the day. The elevator was out and we were on the 6th floor. My hubby is a disabled vet and 6 floors of stairs is out of the question so we stay at my inlaws that night. We really enjoyed our stay and the hotel is clean and the staff is awesome!

Bed were comfortable, however could definitely use better pillows . IMO That made for uncomfortable sleeping.

The bathroom and vanity area was extremely small as well as the balcony. I booked a beachfront room and was given a room where we could see the ocean but overlooked the dumpsters. Parking is atrocious and you have to pay for it. When we said the room was wrong, we were told that it was booking.coms fault and they had no ocean front rooms available.

The room itself was nice.

When booking all the rooms says ocean view so it's hard to tell if your getting a good view only until you arrive an don't like the view and can't change it

For as big as the room is maybe a microwave and a kitchen sink in the room would’ve been nice to have with a toddler. Also, the trash cans were small and as a family of 3 we emptied that trash a number of times throughout our stay with no bags to put back in it. Also the channels on the guide don’t match with what’s actually on. Needless to say, the guide was no help to us.

The property was amazing

Location …location….location The room was dirty pee on toilet seat and beds looked like the cleaning staff took naps in there before customers arrive and dirty clothes still left on balcony. Sheets were not very clean and pillow cases smelled like sweat. But I stayed because the view was spectacular. The pool was clean, the staff were great. Breakfast was bagels cereal and toast that’s it but for the price it was worth it. I cleaned the room myself bought sheets from store and pillow cases and called it a day.

The area is rough, run down, we saw a fight in Walgreens with baseballs bats and also outside 5 below. Best to take your own food and drinks and stay at hotel. You have to drive for restaurants.

The property was clean, the room was very nice, spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Parking situation & the stairs leading from the pool to the beach were very inconvenient too many people squeezing past each other on the tiny stairs & rooms did not have a microwave.

Overall great experience the rooms were very clean & spacious & staff was very friendly.
