Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryThe entering codes. Our code and the back up code have never worked when we wanted to enter the facility. If we didn't have a US phone number, we couldn't survive, because we had to call personel several times for new codes. Please, do something with your system for an easier entering to the hotel or please manage a 24/7 reception.
This apartment hotel is in the near of the city center. Rooms are big and it has a kitchen which I would like to have at home. 🙂

United KingdomWhen we arrived at the property our key code didn’t work, we had to call Sonder and it took about 30 minutes for it to get sorted. It was late at night and just wanted to get to bed.
Lovely apartment with a good tv, and kitchen facilities. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The washer/dryer was also very useful and easy to use.

United KingdomBlinds were broken and even though we reported it they weren’t fixed so we couldn’t darken the room. Also check in was fiddly as we hadn’t been asked to give a credit card for security. But this meant when we arrived we couldn’t check in. Was very frustrating.
