The cleanliness of the hot tub out by the pool area you can see the dirt grime /oil accumulating around the rim of the tub. It needs cleaning as soon as possible.

The switch to activate the electric coffee maker and the sandwich maker didn't work... I had to activate them in the socket of the bedside table

The room was a bit stuffy and may be due to circulation. But overall nothing that would not cause me not to book again.

The location is great if you are planning on visiting Universal Studios Park. As well as not far driving distance to tons of other attractions and restaurants.

at check out I was told that they couldn't give me a receipt because I booked through Booking.com. I was given a number to call and let them know that. I checked out.

We didn’t like the parking. We had to park in the back lot which is a good walk from the entrance. I wanted to use the spa tub but the jets wouldn’t work properly. No big deal as the shower was huge We also didn’t like that there were no keys given to be able to access side doors that were closer to where we had to park. You can only use the side doors to exit not enter.

I loved the suite we booked. It had everything we needed. A full kitchen and washer and dryer with pods!

The shower leaked the entire week; the air conditioner was warm after the first day; There were not sufficient towels to last the week. The cover for the link catcher inside the dryer was unattached, as a result we couldn’t wash antthing.

The location was excellent. The suite was clean.

Felt like a bait and switch - you can’t check in at the main desk. Was told we were given a $5 discount for early check in (however when I priced early check in on their tablet it was the same cost as the “discount”). Had no hot water the first day and any time it was used after it took about 10-15 minutes to heat up and the lack of water pressure made the dishwasher pretty useless. Property definitely favors appearance over quality. Floor popped when we walked on it. The pool decks furniture could use an upgrade. Elevator made loud clanks that were off putting. I would probably choose a different property for a future trip. No staff at front desk to return id luggage cart - took about 15 minutes for staff to come back to the desk and was on their cell phone when they walked back in.

Not far from the Disney theme parks. About 15-25 minutes depending on traffic. Super close to universal. Good layout and size and we were comfortable during our stay. Liked being able to see fireworks from our room. Room was pretty clean. Hot tub was nice in the morning before Disney parks, virtually nobody out there. Maintenance was called immediately upon our hot water issue and we had hot water by the time we got back to the hotel. Husband said he would stay there again. Nice there was a cafe and Starbucks inside but we didn’t end up using.

I wasn't expecting the couch bed to be the most comfortable, but the mattress was nearly unusable.

Not their fault persay but the construction happening near two entryways makes it so there is only one way in, ..minor inconvenience.

First off, the staff.. they were very helpful and patient. Starting with Shama and her manager. We liked the size of the king apartment room. The spa tub and separate shower came in handy as well. Having an early check in was also nice.. thank you.

It was not cleaned properly, there was a lot of hair of different people in the bathroom and in the carpet. Blonde and long, curly and short, etc... I thought we were going to have a cleaning service every day, but it was not. The water at the shower has very little pressure. The elevator was too loud, and moves a lot; maybe needs maintenance. There is no breakfast set-up yet. too few choices to eat. There is no coffee machine in the lobby, or water. I didn't like the way that you need to wait for only ONE guy to take us to the room when we checked in.

Location. It is close to where we need to go.

All of the pillow cases were dirty. Thank God we bought our own. It got really hot at night & couldn't adjust the temperature...it was stuck on 72°.

Second time staying here....loved it again! The space & privacy is always my favorite part!

The only minor issue was the shower faucet, which dripped throughout the night. Nothing major, but worth a quick fix

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and centrally located — perfect for exploring the area. The host was very attentive, we had requested a crib, and when the one provided was broken, they made sure to replace it by the next morning. Really appreciated the quick response and care! Would definitely recommend to stay here.
