Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesWith all of the hard surfaces, you could hear everything from every room. People talking quietly in the living room could be easily heard in the back bedroom.
We loved the two restaurants that were very close - Hope for breakfast and Salt & Flour for dinner. The view of the Twins Stadium was great, but somewhat distracting at night when the lights shined into the bedroom - blinder shades would be nice. The place was clean and spacious.

United KingdomWhen I arrived the code didn't work on the door but staff were very helpful in trying to sort that out. They had to give me a fob in the end but it worked out fine in the end. The car park booking was an issue for us with a non-US mobile number but the staff were super helpful and the carpark is not their remit. Just something to note for anyone outside the US
Loved the size of the apartment, bathroom and huge dressing room were great. The balcony was great too with a pretty good city view

United StatesA couple of the bowls in the cabinet were dirty, which made me nervous that all the other dishes could be dirty, so I hand-washed those again. Parking was also pricey, but that's to be expected since you're directly across the street from the ballpark.
You can't beat the location if you plan to visit the ballpark (it's right across the street), plus you can watch the game from the 18th floor! The rooms were spacious and had a great view.

United StatesBeware of parking. The parking garage says it will do 3 or 5 day passes but when we went to pay they wanted to charge $240 for three days as opposed to $82. Park on the street and pay max of $30/day. Have no fear we did not pay the outrageous fee(we complained and they comped us); however, just highly recommend you forego using the parking garage. Street parking is much easier and in the end cheaper
Very clean, boutique apartment complex. Staff was excellent! Loved the apartment layout. Balcony with view of ballpark. Comfortable bed

KenyaMy previous stay in Sonder at Prospect Park, extra thoughtful pantry items like cooking oil, salt and pepper were available which was not the case at this property. I also felt that a little extra crockery and cutlery would have been nice. I also felt that lighting was inadequate in the living room/dining room. As in the previous Sonder, water pressure in the showers could be better.
Apartment facilities were exactly what was described. All amenities one could hope for a comfortable stay were available and in good working condition and clean. Apartment was cosy. What I appreciated was extra thoughtful items like ground coffee provided to make the stay more comfortable including dishwasher pods. Bathroom toiletries were also very good. Location was also excellent. Balcony was great for sitting outdoors.

United StatesThe unit did not have adequate cooking utensils. Similar to AirBnB, each unit should at least be fully stocked with pots, pans, skillets & utensils. There should also be cooking oil, salt, pepper & sugar which are basic necessities for the preparation of meals.
I loved the location, the accommodations & the amenities and the price.

United StatesOur hotel/apartment did not have a balcony, so I thought we could use the balcony on the 18th floor, but our codes didn’t work. I’d love to have access to the balcony next time or a balcony in the room.
I loved that every attraction we went to was very accessible or close to this property! There were also lots of amenities that made the trip more leisurely and fun especially when we spent days in the hotel.

United StatesConfusing were to go. What door to use. Other staff where owners come in were not helpful. Sat and never came over to explain where to go. Need better marking on doors. Also, wifi address/code needs to be displayed more on the 17th floor as well as placed in materials in your room. Was not easy to find the guest passwords
