How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We stayed on the top floor, and one area of the hallway had a loud squeak with every step. Thankfully, our room wasn’t near it, but I imagine it could be disruptive for guests in that section. One night, the fire alarm went off due to a guest smoking in their room. I have two young kids who were really frightened by it. I think it would be helpful if the front desk strongly emphasized the no-smoking policy and its consequences. Thankfully, the staff responded quickly and professionally. Other than that, our stay was truly great — clean, comfortable, and enjoyable overall.
Clean, convenient, and a great value for the price. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the pool. The complimentary breakfast was an awesome bonus!

I didn’t get the same warm welcome from the front desk staff until the end of my stay they did find some items that were left behind and ensured us that they would mail it back to us.
It was close to Legoland , the breakfast stay were the best very energetic we came down a little later and one of the attendants Des kept the kitchen open 30 min later for us to grab some breakfast he went above and beyond for my daughter to have a plain bagel very much recommend just for the breakfast

We are a traveling family and have visited many places. My 11 rated 4.5 out of 5 stars only dislike was the waffles he made he loved the cereal selection (fruity pebbles). I personally enjoyed the mini waffles yet no strawberry jelly I did the fresh strawberries but I'm not a syrup fan. He really loved the bed and stated he now knows why you're called the Sleep INN...

Some of the guests were inconsiderate by being really loud late at night or playing music early in the morning.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The young girl at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. The perimeter of the pool just needed a little more cleaning, but overall for the price, the rooms were clean and well kept.

Swimming pool was small and ran out of towels.

The fire alarm went off, and a fight broke out on our floor in a room a few doors down and the cops had to be called.
Despite the disruptions, this had everything we needed, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

We live fairly local but it was our 43rd anniversary and wanted to go shopping, have a nice dinner and movie. The pool is heated which was a nice surprise. The facility was clean and staff was helpful

Receptionist who met me at the desk was very short and rude and disrespectful. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Also, there were a few groups of guys just sitting in their cars smoking pot all night and day.

Smell
The staff made staying here really great and comfortable. The rooms smelled a bit weird and the carpets need to be replaced but otherwise it was a great stay. Love the coffee bar and breakfast was excellent. Again, great staff!

Breakfast could be better, but we could probably say the same for most US hotel chains in the USA at this price range.
location was very good. Rooms where fine. Breakfast was ok. We only had one night. Very convenient for one night. Pool was nice too.

real plates and silverware for breakfast.
Staff were so wonderful! Everything was great and the room was fine but there were kids/teens in rooms across and next to ours and they were excited so loud celebrating until late but that was fine.
