Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe pictures online make the room look huge but it’s actually not huge. It’s actually kind of small. Also was supposed to get passes to the Vip lounge and free breakfast. NO neither, the VIP lounge has been closed for 2 years according to the lady at the checkout counter and to be honest not sure what happened with the breakfast.
The vallet guys were cool. We enjoyed being on the 17th and the view we had.

United StatesTold me breakfast wasn’t attached to my room after I booked specifically for that reason, then billed $60 to the room for the breakfast for one morning. Towels left out in the hallway all day along with trash at other people’s doors.

United StatesParking fees! I have never stayed at a hotel that charged for parking. It says $32 a day, we stay two days and it cost $77.44! I will never stay at this hotel again for that reason alone! Too many hidden junk fees and taxes just for parking! Ruined the whole experience. 😡😡😡😡😡

United StatesI know the hotel cant really do anything about this fact but there a group or homeless people that camp out on benches about 100ft or so from the hotel.
Staff was nice and it's a good location if ur wanting to go to beale st it's about a 20 min walk. Close to bass pro as well. Also the night we stayed they had a dj set up outside in the outdoor bar area for karaoke night and that was a lot of fun.

IrelandWe booked a club room with breakfast included, but upon arrival, we were informed that the club lounge no longer exists and that breakfast would cost extra. After some discussion and confirmation with the manager, reception eventually honored the original booking and included breakfast. However, the breakfast experience was underwhelming—served in a small lobby bar with limited options. Additionally, amenities like the vending machines, which were previously available on guest floors, have been removed. Parking is also quite costly at $32 per night. Overall, the experience did not match expectations based on the booking details.
