Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Parking fees! I have never stayed at a hotel that charged for parking. It says $32 a day, we stay two days and it cost $77.44! I will never stay at this hotel again for that reason alone! Too many hidden junk fees and taxes just for parking! Ruined the whole experience. 😡😡😡😡😡
The hotel was clean the staff was great and the service was excellent.

My daughter and grandson's room had soiled towels and linens with human waste. They did get housekeeping to clean the room and xhange linen at my request.
The wait staff in the cafe/ restaurant. Food was really good.

There were several doors that appeared to have been forced open and were in a poor state and this was a little disconcerting.
The hotel was ok overall and the reception area was nice.

The air in our room didn’t seem to be doing a very well job. It was very hot throughout the night and we had it as low as it would go. The location of the vent in our room was very awkward as it was tucked away in a high corner on the back side of the room, not allowing air flow in throughout the room.

No complementary breakfast. $160 a night and no breakfast. I’m just saying. Other than that. Didn’t have a remote for the tv but that was handled quickly.

Repair broken elevator, fix broken toilet paper holder, paint and repair outside awning (it looks terrible) TV system was awful (no guide) picture has data corruption at times. Staff at St Judes told me they no longer recommend you because of mixed reviews from patient families.
In house restaurant and bar. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The rooms were extremely dated. Because I paid for the room through Booking.com, I had to pay an additional $50.00 incidental charge. Had to change rooms just to get a good night sleep and parking was 35.00

Room booked, "not available"; don't pay extra for corner riverview.. No "free breakfast included", no "executive lounge". NOT as advertised; "they need to update their site" was said many times. Appears groups are catered to, individuals are stuck with what you get. Crunchy carpet. Bathroom sink and counter not cleaned. Dirty.

Arrived at 7:30pm, room was not ready. Multiple parties had been waiting in rooms for 2-3 hours. Finally got into room at 9pm. Hotel is in need of updating. Paint peeling, carpet stained and worn.

It was tired , old fashioned, curtains, drapes room furnishings all tired and worn. There was no swimming pool as advertised, no club lounge for snacks etc as advertised and the trolley car that supposed to run outside the door is out of service. Even having breakfast in the lobby restaurant we sat beside a window with black blinds that hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Very dissatisfied as many facilities promoted on booking.com were not there at all,

The only thing is we got stuck in the elevator and waited about 10 minutes before they got us out.
The staff was very helpful it was very covenant to the renascence center.

Housekeeping needs to be more cleaner with the room. We was move to another room, it still was no better but oh well. It needs a lot of repairs, very outdated from the Sheratons I have stayed at. It's not walking distance to Beale Street.
Nothing it's very outdated. Looks can be misleading. Valet parking is people is very lazy. Make you get your own vehicle and Park Car yourself.
