The floor was stained the vent for the air conditioner was broke. The dresser drawer was broke. The walls were not repainted just patched up. Window didn’t lock good thing I was on the second floor and they told us they knew that. And the price was way too high for just a super eight. Only one ice machine that worked . For what they’re charged it was not worth staying there. Way too high price., they triple the amount to stay there just because there was a race by them

The pillows were uncomfortable and small for a king-size bed. There was hair in the bathtub. There was red ink or nail polish on the top blanket.. There were people hanging outside of the hotel. I think this hotel is a home for some. Also, it's next door to the wisconsin corrections department. The carpeting could use some care.. replaced. The pictures on booking.com look nothing like the hotel. The hotel is quite run down. There were bags of trash laying in the stairwell. I probably would not stay at this hotel again.

The carpet was dirty and smelly, the ice machine was dirty the hotel had and meldew smell. The garbage cans outside was full looks like they hadn't been emptied in a while.

There was no breakfast only coffee. But the location was good close to my daughter house.

My room had an unpleasant odor to it. Carpets felt tacky. Only one roll of toilet paper was available for a three person rental. Bath tub surround looked uninviting with peeling paint all over it. Furniture was old and damaged from age and use. Floors did not look clean along the edges and corners. I rented during a time when a big event was taking place at Road America so the rate I paid was way overpriced for the condition of the room I got. I've stayed at 5 star hotels for less than what I paid here. I understand law of supply and demand but the price paid was ridiculous for what I got. Wish I had taken photos but I did not. Just glad that I was able to get a room and a good nights sleep, after getting used to the odor in the room. In a pinch, I guess I would stay here again, but only if it was my only option. Staff was great.

it was dirty. the outside garbage’s were over flowing. there was a dirty washcloth behind the door in the bathroom and under the vanity was not swept. No In room coffee.

This is your typical budget hotel. The walls could use new paint, the carpets and bedding are worn, and it isn’t super clean. I would stay here again in the future. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning works. However, the room was always humid and damp. Even when it was cool. My biggest complaint was the tile floors. I think they use hand soap to clean them. They are SO very slippery. You don’t want to walk across them with your shoes off. It leaves a film on whatever touches them. Overall, I would pay budget prices for this room. Nothing more.
