Our room was the issue. The bathroom badly needs to be re-grouted and re-caulked. It just looked dirty. Also, there was no furniture in which to unpack. We were traveling for 10 days in total with lots of weather changes and we had to open up our packing cubes and leave them in the suitcases. No matter how organized you are, it’s chaotic trying to find something. Lastly, the little TV has no streaming and was sitting on a stand which is lower than the bed.

We have been coming to Seal Cove at at least three times a year for the last several years. We absolutely love The ambiance, staff and the cleanliness! Seal Cove has a very welcoming atmosphere.

Outdoor furniture needs updating or replacing. Doorwall screen needs attention.

Staff very helpful with recommendations and early breakfast accommodation. Close to ocean. Nice amenities. Cookies, Expresso machine, refrigerator with drinks and breakfast was very good. Quiet property.

The lady that checked us in wasn't super friendly. She seemed tired and not very welcoming.

All was great!

The property is not new however it is so well maintained and clean that it is like coming home in comfort. The location is perfect to enjoy nature including a y minute walk to see seals, enjoy tide pools, and much more.

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast although he fruit plate was wonderful. The muffins were good. The minature fritatta type dish did not provide enough protein in my opinion. There are so many interesting breakfast casseroles that one could offer in a larger size serving.

No safe to put your valuables. There was also no elevator access. The staff leaves at 8 pm - 8 am everyday. There is no air condition in any of the rooms. There was no streaming services available on the TV.

Red, white, or beer every day Pre selected breakfast daily. Option delivery to your room or dine in the the dining area. Small facility not a lot of rooms. Not a lot of people or rooms. Next to hiking, trails, and restuarants. Not to far from the Half Moon Bay. The location was a hidden gem. The staff was very warm and friendly.

They could add some lighting around the sign when turning into the property.

We enjoy the tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. We've stayed at the inn several times and will probably go back at some future time. We highly recommend this inn to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the surroundings of a walking trail and the ocean. It's not an oceanfront property but it only takes a couple minutes walk to be right above the ocean.

Amazing location next to preserve with Seal Cove just perhaps 1/4mi walk from room. We picked this also because it was easy drive to SFO for morning flight and could skip most of Bay Area traffic. It worked. I also loved the self-serve coffee/tea area as I’m an early riser and this let me relax on couch in lobby/living room area without disturbing anyone!
