Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. .The coffee maker was super easy to use and clean, which made mornings extra enjoyable. The birthday card waiting for my husband made him smile – such a sweet, personal touch. Communication was excellent throughout, and we could tell the owners are genuinely great people who care about their guests’ experience. The view was beautiful, the appliances worked perfectly, the bed was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with plenty of towels. Honestly, there was enough of everything we needed for a perfect stay. No one has ever offered us a late check-out anywhere before (and we travel a lot!). Even though we had plans and couldn’t take advantage of it, the gesture was so thoughtful and truly appreciated We’ll definitely be back – thank you again for making everything so wonderful!

United StatesThe Northtower lazy river and indoor pool were closed due to maintenance to fix damage from Hurricane Ian. The room is across from ice machine and elevators.
Our condo/apartment 507 is privately owned by really lovely couple. The owners responded quickly to all messages. The price we paid was excellent for an oceanfront place. The view was beautiful from our balcony. They have numerous pools and hot tubs. It was a close walk to the beach. They have a Tiki bar beside the swimming pools. We enjoyed the karaoke beside the pool. It had a nice parking deck where you can take the elevator goes to your room.

The bathroom door would not shut at all , the door that separates the bedroom had a broken track and never worked . Everytime we got a shower the smoke detector would go off . We told the owners but no one showed up up to fix anything.

United States- check-in issues: upon arrival, we discovered that the lock was broken. We were left waiting for the host to send alternative codes to access the unit(with no luck), which was frustrating (with 2 tired toddlers whining) and set a poor tone for the stay. - lack of transparency from booking.com: It became apparent that the unit is operated by a private host 2 days before the trip when we received a message from them. This important detail was never disclosed during the booking process. - missing basic amenities: the unit lacked essential toiletries such as shower gel or shampoo. though the soap was provided, which is far below the standard one would expect from a listing of this type. - quality of renovation: while the unit appeared newly renovated in photos, in reality, it seemed to be a classic "landlord special"—a quick, surface-level renovation where flaws are covered rather than properly addressed. For example, much of the unit was simply painted over to mask imperfections, and inexpensive peel-and-stick backsplash was used. This level of renovation may look good in pictures but feels very different in person.
- excellent location: the proximity to the beach was fantastic—just steps away, which made it very convenient and enjoyable. - heated pools: some of the pools on the property were heated, which was a great feature and added to the comfort of our stay. - beautiful views: the view from the balcony was truly stunning, facing the ocean directly and offering peaceful mornings and sunsets. - the bed was comfy
