Very old outdated hotel, a kind of the last resort as for the price. No room cleaning, housekeeping rude, filthy, rug in room, a dive. August in Florida, I bet they get top dollar in high season. I also got bit by some kind of bug while sleeping. Mind you, I was just released from a hospital for a poisonous spider bite. Also, rain season, so beach front was not that good. We asked to have the vacuumed, they said OK, but never showed up, Television only wors for a few channels. The phone is broken in the room.. Only 1 outlet worked, the mini fridge. Curtains disgusting. Had to bed housekeeping for soap, plastic bags for garbage....not good.

No microwave for left overs.. coffee pot is hard to use doesn’t reach plug. Mold on tubs soap holder.and no internet in any corner of the room and I was close to front office.

The building was poorly kept. It was dirty particularly the carpets throughout the entire building and also in the room I was staying. This level of dirtiness is disrespectful toward the hotels guests.

The cleaning was not good and there weren't enough towels in the room according to the number of people we booked the room for.

The location was excellent and so was the beach in front of it. There was a shower and the hotel offered towels and chairs to guests.

Loudness of guests and the fact that they smoke in the rooms. Allergic to Marijuana and cigars. No bath water only shower.

That towels came quickly as I spoke directly to housekeeping and brought correct items with them. Borrowing the vacuum was simple to vacuum my room myself. Certain housekeepers are smoking Marijuana on premises newer employees.

Rugs were disgusting. Mold in the bathrooms hallways smelled like mildew and feet. Hotel definitely needs upgrading. Restaurant was closed off.

They never had towels available for the pool or the beach. EVERYTIME I asked they said they were getting washed. Room quality was okay not the best. The tubs paint was shipping off.

Rooms and hallways are decently clean but in need of updates and paint. Having the restaurant/balcony closed because of the damages from the storms in October was sad but understandable. There really weren't any major issues. No bugs were found, no major filth, overall a decent stay. Would consider it again if I came back to the area, but next time, i would grab a larger room as the full-size beds were almost too small for two average sized adults. Description says no microwave, which is odd for most hotels I've stayed in, but as long as you are prepared to either eat out or have cold options, you will be fine.

The beds were comfortable and the pool was very nice and clean with plenty of chairs for guests to sit. Location was primo being directly across the street from the ocean. We had a few issues with our first room during the first 3 days - 1) the breaker the fridge, bathroom, and coffee maker were on blew when I tried boiling some water, 2) the battery on the door died, and 3) the door refused to lock after maintenance fixed the battery issue - so they moved us into a room right next door for the remaining 2..Staff was helpful during these issues. Getting beach/pool towels was really easy, and they were able to give us hints on where to "rent" beach chairs during the day.

The place is falling apart. Roomed smelled, bathtub wouldn’t drain, few electrical outlets, thin walls, could hear neighbors conversations and tv like they were in room, carpet felt dirty, needs Renovated badly.

The property is old and un renovated. The hallways are extremely hot and there is a pretty unpleasant smell throughout the hotel but especially in the hallways and elevator. The elevator broke the morning after we checked in and we were on the 5th floor. My husband broke his leg in 2 spots in January and is still recovering from surgery so 5 floors of stairs all day was a major issue. I had to make arrangements to take my husband home Sunday night rather than staying and allowed our older daughter to stay that night instead. They did end up getting a repair guy to come late Sunday evening but we were already leaving to drive my husband home. Also this hotel used to have a bar and restaurant which has since closed and is just sitting abandoned. This hotel has so much potential and used to be great. We even booked here for our entire family and ourselves when we got married 10 years ago. Coming back was disappointing to see how much they’ve let it go.

The good? The bed was very comfortable. The location and price is unbeatable that close to the beach and restaurants/bars are all in walking distance.
