Yamila and Carlos clearly love and care for this space, it shows. As with any well-loved home, there’s a bit of wear on the sofa, while showing some use, it was still comfortable and supportive, even for a bigger guy like me. Just something to note. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. This will be my default place to stay when traveling to Holiday.

Yamila and Carlos were the most gracious hosts I’ve ever had. They truly went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I was traveling for business and mentioned needing an extra surface to work on, they immediately came up with a perfect solution. The unit itself was the most well-stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, full of thoughtful touches and extras. When I accidentally broke a wine glass and tried to explain, they simply said, “Don’t worry about it”, before I could explain I had bought a replacement set. That’s the kind of people they are. And the air conditioning? Incredible. Coming home to a COOL, DRY space after Florida’s hot, humid days was absolute heaven. I’d absolutely stay here again.

I didn't realize from the photos that there are no windows, so there is no natural light and it is very dark in the morning. Be sure to set an alarm! Otherwise, not an issue as hopefully you are out enjoying the outdoors for your natural light and there is a small seating area just outside the entrance door.

The suite was exactly as advertised, matching the photo. It was very quiet and felt private. The hosts left very nice extra touches like snacks and drinks. Bed was super comfy and climate control was perfect with an AC/heat pump you can control. We only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay longer and make more use of the kitchenette facilities.

Property was just as described. The parking spot was easy to identify and the property was easy to access. It really did feel like there was some sense of privacy because of the little porch area behind the gate. It was just under 15 minutes to Tarpon Springs so it was as perfect for us. Lots of places to eat nearby. Several amenities were included. We took advantage of the beach chairs which was super helpful. There were also beach towels, throw blankets, and water/soda in the fridge. It’s a small space but we had everything we needed and more so we were very comfortable. I like having the separate sitting area from the bedroom.

Bathroom door was a little squeaky and you could see a little light coming in from under the door to the suite (so the outside air could get in). But those are very nitpicky complaints.

Very quiet, the AC was quieter than most hotels. The kitchen was well equipped. There are plenty of toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The hosts were very responsive.

If I had to pick something, it would be shower size. But the space doesn't allow for anything else. Truly not an issue at all!

Everything was well lit. I got in around 11 p.m., and I wasn't concerned about the surroundings.

There is nothing to dislike, was perfect.

Clean and cozy, bedroom is separate and bed is comfortable . Has everything you need for your stay. Even a good size refrigerator! We came for Thanksgiving to be with family and this was perfect location and such a comfortable place. It’s exactly like the photos. The owners are very pleasant and told us anything needed just ask. We loved it! Was so quiet also.

The only recommendation maybe would be get a generator just in case of another Helene? lol, but other than that fantastic place to stay with everything provided.

Super nice hosts with a clean, modern, safe place to stay near Tampa Bay. I was able to work from home in a very comfy unit and was even there during Hurricane Helene. We lost power for a bit, but I felt (and was) very safe the whole time. Carlos was always very responsive, kind and flexible during my stay.

It was a wonderful apartment.. It was decorated very nicely and it had a nice and relaxing feel to it. It had quite a bit of ammenities that I wasn't expecting.. I thought it was even better than a hotel. I would recommend this to anyone.
