There needs to be more attention paid to the cleanliness of the room. Found cheerios in between the mattress and the wall when double checking for bed bugs (no bed bugs found).

The room was rather old and tatty, but for the price it was fine. Clean.

A bit out of the way for most people but only a few minutes from the beach. Dollar Tree and a gas station very close which is handy. Fridge and microwave and coffee machine were good.

the staff made a situation out of the fact I was traveling with me and two other individuals-3 adults, but mistakenly booked the room prior with booking.com marked the booking for 2 adults. staff threatened to terminate the confirmation without a refund unless I paid $25 for the third person. completely unbelievable

Early morning noises keep you from sleeping. There was no hot water. The property is close to the train line so be prepared to hear the train several times at night and early in the morning.

This property was absolutely disgusting, we lasted not even 5 minutes before having to give back the key and leave . It was listed as a non smoking room but we walked in and the smell hit you instantly , it smelt like a someone had been chain smoking in there for the past 20+ years it was disgusting , there were dead bugs on the carpet , bed sheets that looked like they hadn’t been washed , there were stains all over and then found rubbish in the draws. We had to spend a lot of money to get a last minute reservation elsewhere , wouldn’t even stay here if it was free

To start, the lobby is permanently locked forcing you to check in outside. There isn't a cover and we waited 10 minutes for someone to respond. I rang the bell, knocked on the window and door. Nothing. Then I tried the disconnected emergency number. Yep! Being handicapped I couldn't park in the posted handicapped parking spaces as both were occupied by the hotel owners cars. The room had grass on the floor which we swept out. The room smelled musty. At least the AC worked. Do yourself a favor and take a hard pass on the hotel.

Difficult check in. Have to ring bell and wait. Very strict policy on key card deactivation. Our key card went no where near electronics still got deactivated. Staff made us feel like an inconvenience. Check out is 10:00am staff knocked on our door at 9:00am asking if we were staying or leaving.

They had no housekeeping staff. They had a guy who was begging for money on the corner cleaning the rooms when people left. They stayed behind locked doors and it was hard to get their attention. There were people strung out on drugs yelling at me for no reason in the parking lot staying in a room.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! If you like cockroaches, go ahead and book it!! If not, don’t even think about it!! I killed at least 8 cockroaches, most of them in the bathroom—one even escaped under the bed! If you stay here, now you know where to look for them! They should give me a refund for doing the cleaning staff’s job! The sheets were stained, the towels not very clean. If it’s your only option, make sure to bring your own bug spray, sheets, and towels from home!

Everything got no sleep neighbors fighting all night stains on blanket and only had 2 pillows for a king size bed no pool staff was rude and made a comment when checking in and said you need to stay outside to check in because she didn't want to get shot. I asked her what does that mean and then I made me feel uncomfortable and asked for a refund and they told me they can't do a refund and when I booked this place it said check out is at 11 but it's not its 10 am and was told it has nothing to do with them.

Everything was great!

The location was great for my business travel needs. The bed was very comfortable, and the site was quiet. I plan to stay there again on my next trip to Daytona.
