Downstairs bed was firmer than I like. Driveway was a little tricky to navigate, have to accelerate quickly after sharp turn. Slippery when wet.

We had no extra toilet paper. And the driveway was very step. But the owner let us know a head of time. Got more comfortable with it over each drive in and out

This is unusual to say, but the driveway from Laurel Lick to the cabin is SCARY. It is very steep and has a curve about a third of the way up. This may not be an issue with some vehicles, but I was afraid my car was going to die. My family and I limited our trips anywhere to avoid the driveway. Overall, everything was great when we got to the cabin.

The cabin is very nice with plenty of room for my family of 4. Everything we needed during our stay was available. The cabin is located relatively close to all Pigeon Forge activities and Gatlinburg. The view from the balcony is gorgeous; we got to watch a wedding at a place down in the valley below(which was beautiful). We are grateful we got to experience Scenic Solitude.

The pictures do not show that there is only 1 shower in the house. There is a gigantic Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom upstairs in the king bed loft but the jets were disabled for safety and there is no shower head. The lack of a shower in that bathroom was the biggest issue for me personally.

Everything was good! The owner was readily available to address any concerns or needs we had. The cabin was nice and clean. Interesting driveway but fun! Overall a great experience!

Our family loved everything about the cabin, and the view was beautiful! We were close to Pigeon Forge, but far enough to feel secluded. The kids loved being in their own hangout downstairs and the adults loved the porch and morning coffee. The hot tub was perfect for everyone. It’s nice and modern and the decor was great! The incline on the hill up to the cabin was fun for us, but we drove 4WD suv & truck.

It has a very steep heel to get to the cabin it has a total of 3 hills. No service and wifi kept on going out

Honestly..not much could have been better other than the fact that we didn’t feel like hot tub was warm enough to enjoy. My sons tried to get get in, but temperature hovered around 80 degrees. Very well could have been user error, but that was only thing.

Loved the fact that we received a call from host prior to arrival welcoming us and outlining a few key details. We were also pleasantly surprised that the cabin was decorated for Christmas! My wife loved this as we were have 9 trees at home!

The driveway is very steep and has a sharp left turn that was impossible to get up the first time. We had rented a RAV4, but I do not believe it was 4WD. The description of the property recommended a 4WD in the winter, but I believe it is necessary all year around. There had been a storm the night before, and the leaves had fallen all over the driveway, and it was impossible for us to get up. There are a few times we had to struggle with spinning tires before we made it up to the driveway in the following days. At one point I had to get out of the vehicle to make sure the driver could back down without going off of the driveway, and I fell down the driveway. I wasn’t hurt besides a few scrapes and bruises. However, it was quite an adventure!

The cabin was beautiful and very clean. The scene from the balcony was amazing. The fall foliage was breathtaking. The problem we had with the driveway was immediately addressed with kindness and understanding.

The only thing for us was, if you’re a larger person the toilets were kinda too close to the walls. But that’s not their fault, and we made it work.

LOVED the View from the Deck/Balcony! Very Clean and accommodating. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of town and quiet, yet close enough to go have fun in the evenings or if you need something at the store. The upstairs Jacuzzi Tub was AMAZING to soak in at night and relax! The hot tub was a Major Plus!

This cabin is so beautiful and the views are incredible! The location was great, it's only a few minutes from downtown pigeon forge. We saw a bear from our porch which was a cool experience for us
