The Spa was nice. The property is well maintained. Staff was ok. It was cold while we were there. The staff brought us a heater to help. Felt safe staying there for 3 nights.

We were in the Standard King room (#10) It was a little smaller than I had expected, but we had room for our 2 bikes in front of the couch. The shower was VERY small, but the water was hot and had decent water pressure. The furniture in the pool area was kind of shabby and though the water was clear, the bottom of the pool was dirty. Breakfast was grocery store type bagels, croissants, and muffins, yogurt ...and some days less than that. The milk, butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, jelly was in full-size containers in the fridge that were used by all the guests. It was fine, but don't choose this Motel because of the breakfast.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a small refrigerator (the kind with the small freezer inside) that worked well, a microwave, and a 4-cup Mr. Coffee coffee maker. The location was excellent! We were able to ride our bikes down to the lake on a multi-use path that was right across the street. Also a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Really comfy beds and immaculately clean bathroom. Microwave and fridge in room was useful. It was a quick drive to the Visitor Centre in town. I'd stay here again if in Estes Park.

Bedding was not visually appealing but it was clean. Room was clean but the carpet and chairs could use a little TLC. Maybe extra shampooing?

We booked last minute and were looking for a 2 bedroom. Good location. Staff friendly. We were a little early and didn't have to wait.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Location was quiet, despite being close to the road (to my surprise, I didn't notice it at all). Motel is about a 5 min drive from downtown Estes and 20 mins from Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountains National Park. Room and facilities were very clean and we felt comfortable there. The hot-tub and pool were much appreciated after a day in the mountains. Breakfast could be better but i've definitely had worse. They offer fresh bagels and muffins, spreadable things like cream cheese, jello/jam, and peanut butter, as well as apple sauce, fresh fruit (apples, bananas, oranges), cereal, various types of milk, coffee, juice, water, and hot chocolate. Would definitely stay again!

The only thing that we would suggest is more outlets in the room and maybe some better shelving in the bathroom; the shower was small.and there really wasn't any place to put shampoo, conditioner, etc. In the shower. Honestly, these are really minor things; we really enjoyed the place!

Such a rustic, comfy place! My husband and I stayed here for several days while hiking in RMNP. The king room was a nice size, had a cabin feel, and was very comfortable.

The people next door were enjoying conversation. However, they were sitting outside on a nice evening and were talking quite loudly and playing music quite loudly till after 10:30 PM and in their room till about 11:00 PM. This kept us awake past what we felt was appropriate. I would have liked a staff person before they closed the office at 9:00 PM to have informed them of the need to quiet down by 9:00 or so.

We enjoy this type of motel where you can park right by your door and enjoy the convenience of being so close. Staff was very friendly. Clean room and comfortable.
