Pool closes really early, no food available at pool bar, breakfast was good but there were a lot of people and there was a wait

Close to Old Town and we stayed in the 2 BR with four beds. Plenty of space and clean.

The breakfast area was super busy on the weekend and not enough seating. The pictures show a coke machine in the breakfast area which would have been perfect for my partner as he doesn’t drink coffee or tea but it was covered up and not in use. The room itself could use a little updating. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on.

Loved that our room was a 2 bed 2 bath with living room and kitchen. Close to Old Town and the good trucks. The beds were comfy!!

The couch was stained and needed a deep clean. We covered it with a blanket. Hair was in the bathroom sink, tub, and floor. Breakfast was not great but ok.

It was spacious for the family, and the kitchen with a dishwasher was convenient. The pool was great!

Breakfast was quite expensive for what was offered. Also the Towel service was not as exected, very small and without the option to change them,

Nice resort to spend a few days, a little bit away from everything but OK. It has a nice but packed Water Park. Room was decent and have very comfy beds.

The breakfast was great but there weren't enough places to sit for the amount of people that were eating and signs were up stating no to go breakfast so we (family of 7) had to stand. The laundry room had free washer and dryers which is fantastic! However several were out of order.

The rooms were clean, friendly staff, towels were always full, easy to get to off 192, great free breakfast. Free washer and dryers in the laundry room!!! Complete stocked kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, cups, plates, dish liquid, paper towels, and dishwasher pods.

The breakfast was almost the same every day, and the couch in the room needs upgrading.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was good.

There were no luggage carts for guest to use, so multiple trips back and forth to the car but saw maintenance staff using carts. Bathroom was extremely small, had to maneuver next to sink area to close the door. The interior area of the hotel is nice, but parking and surrounding area is questionable.

We enjoyed the spacious room with 2 closets and 2 dressers. Nice kitchen area with full size refrigerator. Liked the large warm pool and hot tub. Requested 1st floor and received.

Marijuana smelled everywhere,room wasn't cleaned not once.For spending 1200 + dollars it should of been better....Oh and you have to pay to park there $85...If your paying for a room you would think parking would be free but NOPE...

It was ok,they never came to clean our room for the whole 9 days we were there..The gaps under the door was weird..The breakfast was ok ,the washer smelled like dirty socks..Smelled like Marijuana everyday..Honestly spend alil more and get something thats gonna be cleaned daily and doesn't have to smell like weed .The pool will make your hair fall out just an fyi...YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PARK AT THE HOTEL EVEN THOUGH YOU BOOK A ROOM THERE..MAKES NO SENSE..Than your told safest place to park your car is only in the front which is always packed.Back of the building has no lights...

The only issue I had was that there was water on the ground outside the rooms.

This property was beautiful and I loved the location. It was close to the Disney park, World Food Trucks, and Old Towne. I also loved that it was pet friendly. The staff were so kind and helpful whenever we needed them.

The hours at the bar/restaurant were terrible. Should definitely offer drinks and snacks during the day, every day. The bathrooms were a little rusty and could use some refreshing

When you call the front desk, no one answer it took long. Due to fact that fire when off at 6 am two days straight. Also, I only called once for no service due to the fact that I was going to stay in room the whole day. Then the last two days they were not providing this service. The only little things are details that the shower curtain was a little already run down or destroyed, and bedsheet had little holes in them, but everything else was good.

The location is nearby Disney. Have a wonderful week with the family. The pool and pool bar were the best. The breakfast is good as well.

Perfect for a short stay. We stayed here for one night before heading to Disney. The room was very spacious and clean. Bedrooms were spacious and modern. Living room slightly outdated. Overall a perfect stay. And a big plus; Breakfast included with hot and cold options.
