The breakfast was not so good. Not enough variety & gross eggs. We asked for a balcony expecting a view of the river, but instead got a view of construction on an old house with no river view:( we asked if we could switch rooms and the desk lady said no. ALSO, we had a random lady come into our room! She said she couldn’t get her key to work on her door, so she went to the front desk and asked them for a new key, when they asked her for her room number she mistakenly said our room number. The front desk then gave her our room key, and the lady mistakenly unlocked our door & entered our room. It was very scary to think that anyone could ask for a room key and just be given it without checking for ID or proof that it’s their room. Very unprofessional & made us feel like our things were not safe as anyone could get our room key. I hope they fix this issue & never let this happen again.

The property seemed clean and in a good area. I saw a lot of bad reviews for AC, but our AC worked AMAZING, it was actually too cold! But it was very loud I will say.

Mattress was uncomfortable, seems to be at the end of it's serviceability. Breakfast was more of a gesture than a meal.

The hotel was very nice , the manager went out of her way to help us find room for our truck n trailer. Room was clean and comfortable, nice place to stay and great location.

The outside pool had ALOT of algae in it to the point we didn’t feel like we wanted to use it. This growth didn’t happen overnight. With temps in the high 90’s it would have been wonderful to cool off in the pool. I don’t think it had any chlorine in it.

It was really convenient to the things we wanted to do. The balcony was nice and was shaded in the afternoon. Room was clean for the most part. There were a few areas that could have used extra attention. Breakfast was ok. Parking was ok too. Inside pool was alright.

I didn't like the older white lady at the front desk that checked us in. I had to go back to the front desk Saturday to get our room keys reprogrammed because they wouldn't open the door for us to get in the room and she had a very poor attitude she was also throwing stuff at another person checking in. She also brought her son to sit in the lobby while she worked which I believe is not a good work ethic

I have really liked this place. It has comfortable beds and nice place to stay for the value.

The description of the room on booking.com made it appear that the balcony of our room would be on the river. I was very disappointed that it wasn't. But. .. I should have specifically asked. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and very helpful! Great location. Close to everything!!

Our room was very clean. The staff was very friendly except for one of the front desk ladies who was on duty Saturday evening 8/9 and Sunday morning 8/10.

Kids running around as late as 1:30AM. Kids hollering and screaming. This was very annoying. Parents need to control their kids.
