Our room was on the sixth floor with no elevator. The room was quite small.

The location was very good and the room was pretty comfortable. Laundry facilities available in the basement.

The room itself is little noisy because of the aircon and on the first floor .. you can hear the neigbour rooms above and the one next door. If you have a big car do not park in car park 1 and everyone else in car park 2 and 3 need to back all the way up so people can get out of the parking lot .

The location is excellent . The staff is super friendly. Easy to use kitchen.

The extensive online check in process was a bit annoying. Also you could easily hear through the walls, which was a problem because somebody decided to play his music up loud and sing along at 1am. He had a great range but was a bit tone deaf!

Great location within walking distance of downtown and the back bay. The area was very pleasant, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable and well equipped.

the lights in the pantry side were not working but otherwise no other complaints. had a slight issue checking in as my personal code hadn't been updated into the lock even though it was after 4pm but resolved quite swiftly.

the room size and amenities were great and the bed was super comfortable and the fact that there was an AC made it even better! the host was attentive & quick to respond and housekeeping was warm.

Two things: Firstly, the room we had you needed to keep the blinds down because it was street level, so it made the room a bit dingy; other rooms wouldn't be like this. The second thing, we found the owner slightly petty, for instance, there are two parking spaces, which weren't used while we were staying, but when we hired a car, he wanted 30$ to park there for a night! The other thing, there were lots of extras in the room, but everything you had to pay for, even the water in the fridge.

Comfortable bed. The lady who does the laundry/change over etc. was so friendly, helpful and a real asset to the place. The cafe/bakery a few steps away. The size of the room. We would definitely stay here again.

The stairs,! We had a top floor apartment and made it slightly challenging getting the bags up and down from our room.

The refrigerator in the room made a noise when the motor started, at night this woke up people who were sleeping. Having to pay a fee to change towels during the stay was ridiculous! The lack of someone at check-in makes “communication” difficult and any questions that may arise can be answered. Climbing 6 flights of stairs with suitcases is heavy!

Had to endure check-in problems this time, could not pay the deposit online, thus had to withdraw cash from ATM & pass it to the cleaning lady who was incredibly helpful. I had to switch off the fridge in my apartment due to its unbearable noise.

Check in was quick and easy to follow. The room was mostly clean. It also wasn’t far from downtown and stores/restaurants in walking distance. Just beware of stairs and no elevators (I stayed on the 6th floor). I loved the ability to leave luggage in storage before and after check in hours for an additional price which came in handy.
