They place is amazing, the bar and the rooms are great :) The staff goes out of their way to help, and the breakfast staff is amazing. Everyone is very friendly.

Just know it says room service available and restaurant and bar on site but the restaurant only serves brunch on Sundays so there weren't any on site room service or dining options for a Sunday night stay.

The accommodations were fine…I thought the room was a bit pricey but since my granddaughter was graduating from college we paid the price. The bed was very comfortable albeit high and my wife has short legs but once she got in it was fine

Literally my only constructive criticism is related to the bath amenities. For over $500/night, I would expect something a bit more upscale for the bath products. The shampoo was in little sauce packets, for example. ;-) No issue going green either, just a comment on the price per night and the amenities I know other similar-priced hotels offer. I do wish there were more weight training options in the gym, but again, not really a complaint just a personal preference.

Second stay with the Reikart House in 3 months for a Bills home game. The breakfast was great! The server was exceptionally polite and the food was tasty. This bed is SUPER comfortable. Truly. Better than a Westin bed! The gym is clean, a bit sparse, but super clean. The front desk staff was great. The butlers are amazing, super friendly and helpful, and always ready to give a freshly made cookie. Love the free parking for the rental car--something so rare these days!!!!

Not the prettiest of views from any rooms, but that’s just splitting hairs. We had a king room with a fireplace. I would have just stayed in a regular room next time as the fireplace wasn’t much of a value add, even in the cold weather.

Upscale property in Buffalo. Great customer service at check-in, including delicious cookies. One of the more comfortable hotel beds I’ve stayed in outside of the Ritz Carlton/Four Seasons level.

Absolutely nothing! It was hard to stay anywhere else on our trip after staying there!

I cannot say enough about this incredible property. Every detail was sheer perfection. The staff was amazing and so very prompt. The rooms were fabulous. The beds were a dream to sleep in. So many extras. Homemade cookies that were available at any time. The club level had its own entrance and made it so convenient. Would 100 percent recommend The Reikart!

Hotel is close to the airport. The property is beautiful, well appointed and clean. We were pleased with the restaurant and all the staff. We were traveling with 2 small dogs.

Room had hair from someone else. We got locked out of our room. And had to get maintenance to let us in. Front desk staff wasn’t polite at all. Breakfast was not good. Found hair in my plate. Also ordered lunch last day and pizza was microwaved, and hard as a rock. Mind you it was very expensive. Terrible stay.
