Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesLocation is not the best but it wasn’t too noisy at all. It seems to be an older building that could use some touching up on the pain (some parts of the room were bubbling up or completely missing paint) and could use some replacing of towel holder (was loose from the wall) and mirror(had a broken corner and was lopsided). Sad to say, we did find a bedbug on our clothes when we had already checked out and left from hotel.
For the value of the room, it was very spacious. The breakfast that was included was also very filling.

Was charged incidentals upon check-in (which was expected), but then the feont desk clerk tried to hustle another payment (couldn't tell because she had turned the card reader around and started making selections. When I questioned what was going on she gave a super vague answer. Beware of them selecting choices and charges without YOU selecting. We refused to Accept and requested her to re-run options/charges. She just canceled and handed us our room key. Visitors BEWARE!
