Found a used pregnancy test under the bed, pee under the toilet seat, and hair on the shower walls. Not sure I'll use again.

Didn't have any issues the previous stay. It was old, but clean. Not so much this time.

Management is a little confused I believe. We got to the place and we were given an unclean room. Towels on the floor and an unmade bed. The front desk person told my boyfriend to try another room and he ended up walking into an occupied room. Luckily nobody was in there otherwise who knows how that would have turned out. We ended up getting a decent room by the third try. The entire place has a certain smell to it. The towels they give you? Has stains on them. Bring your own towels. Use their towels as a floor one for when you’re getting out the shower. Have grocery bags handy for garbage because they only provided a small one for us outside of the bathroom. The place needs an upgrade, a clean, or something. If you’re doing an extended stay in rapids go elsewhere. But if it’s for one night this is the cheapest place I could find.

The property is kind of big and a bit hidden away.

Bathroom in vary bad need of updating. One window was not able to open other one screen was falling out.

Room smelled like mold. My sons said it smelled like old carrots. There was a big hole in the wall that was loosely covered with wallpaper. There was an outlet that looked like someone had stuck a fork in it. There was a dead bug under one of the bed. There was an old bloodstain on on the the bathroom towels. When I went to pick up my boys at the hotel, there was so much snow that I got stuck because it hadn't been cleared.

Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was fairly clean.

Very outdated and pretty dilapidated, beds were clean and room was relatively clean, a lot of cobwebs and evidence of poor repairs made to room , staff was very nice. outdated and dingy. There was also no clock radio in the room

The room was dirty. Needs to be painted. The carpet is old and shaggy, the TVs sucks, the bathroom is very outdated, the wallpaper is peeling, there were many wall areas damaged. And it stunk.

Everything Cleaning thoroughly and deeply. There were cob Webb's on the lamps by the bedside and the sheets were stained and overly beached while washing. The toilet had a floating bug and the carpet definitely wasn't vacuumed or someone didn't thoroughly do the job. I didn't dare sit on the chair or couch from fear of the unknown.

Asked for extra pillows before I checked in and while checking in the office personnel handed me 1 overstuff pillow and there was a vape cartridge inside the pillow. Not only was I uncomfortable sleeping there the residents aren't what I want as neighbors.

It was the dirtiest, grossest, scariest place I’ve ever stayed. Mold all over the bathroom, filth in every corner, stains everywhere. Didn’t sleep, doors banging, people yelling and fighting, all night long. Heard someone ask some women if she was ok because she was bleeding all over.

My 2 guys shared a room here last time and I figured I would stay this time as well. My workers aren’t complainers but I was not expecting it to be this bad. We got there to check in and someone else was already in our rooms so that was a 15 minute argument as the receptionist didn’t understand that they checked someone else into our rooms. Then we get into them and they smell like smoke and have blood on the beds. It wasn’t just a stain either. And was on more than one of the beds. One of the bathroom doors wouldn’t open from the inside of the bathroom so he had to push it super hard just to get out. Ridiculous
