Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThankfully, the term 'didn't like' does not describe my experience; let's use the term 'made you uncomfortable, unsure, 'waiting for the shoe to drop': a. upon arrival, there was a gal doing business on the phone canceling her reservation...yada yada yada like I wanted to hear any of her dilemma b. upon entering the property, the reality of your Reno homeless situation is everywhere c. the fire alram evac at 2:34 am early morning 17 August, though organized and rather quick all things considering, was a shoe dropping. Thankfully, the smoke and a whatever the heck mistiness is that must've been minor and usual. The fireman did the all clear extremely quickly.
Everything worked, generally, so that was a plus.

United StatesI had many issues with the bathroom. First, the toilet wouldn't flush fully so I had to flush multiple times. Second, the floor was very slippery which was a nightmare when coming out of the shower and my feet were wet. The bathtub is very high so you have to be very careful when stepping into and out of the shower, I had to find that out the hard way 😫
The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well.

United StatesWe had two rooms but we didn't get our second room until 6:30 p.m.. The hotel was chaos. Check-in took more than one hour but the room key for one room was not working and the other room was not ready until 6:30 p.m.. The surrounding was scary. Urine and drug smells ... The 12th floor was not too bed. At least, non smoking floor.
This hotel is old, and the air conditioning doesn't work well. Room was ok. Spider webs are all over the place. Bed was comfortable. The refridge didn't work well.

United StatesFirst off I was bombarded by texts and emails to pre-register online so I did. I received a text back saying we still needed to register at the front desk so what's the point? I received a welcome text " if you need anything just reply to this message". I asked for a pillow. No response whatsoever. Ammenities are minimal. No airport shuttle, no free breakfast, no hand towels in the bathroom. One light by the coffee maker not working. Could feel the bedsprings through the sheet. Went to the café in the casino. Signs say open to 11pm, yet they were closing just after 9. Ran out of some foods. Food was decent comfort food at a reasonable price. All in all, ok for a one night stop, but wouldn't want to spend more time here.
Staff was very friendly and efficient. Location from the airport was an easy Uber. Nice to have food on site so you don't have to leave the hotel. Room was clean, but very minimal.

No refrigerator to keep stuff cool. No rewards for booking through a third party. However Wyndham keeps messages and emails asking me to leave a review. Bookings through the Wyndham app does cost more. Therefore, I pay for the reward points in advance. Worthless! When I transition from one week to another my phonse chxd arging cord disappeared when I left for the day gym and i i don’t er weekend.
