You advertise breakfast but there was nothing but breakfast bars! I was kind of shocked to pay additional for the refrigerator items. The coffee area was pitiful and there wasn't enough sugar. Sugar should be in individual packets. The pool was cloudy and the hot tub has an orange ring around it.

The staff was excellent! The front desk clerks and the maintenance man were fantastic! Very kind and professional. The bed was super comfortable.

I was under the impression breakfast was included and that wasn’t the case, the outside hottub was not working. The beds were very springy and uncomfortable. Parts of the room were broken. I would’ve rathered gone Somewhere else.

The entire reason I spent a little more and booked this hotel was it advertised free breakfast, had breakfast displayed in pictures and I figured the increased cost would offset with not paying for breakfast. Unfortunately it’s a false advertisement, as there is no breakfast. The only reason I wasn’t super upset about that is the view from the hotel room. Would have also been nice if there was an ice machine on our floor instead of having to go to the 1st floor to get ice. The pool and hot tub looked rough but the beach was on point. Overall the entire hotel is pretty out dated, but all of them are in mackinaw city.

We got an excellent room with balcony overlooking the water, and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us.

We had two rooms, one room was very nice and fairly clean. However the other room the microwave did not work and the floors were so dirty that we had to put sheets and blankets on the floor or keep washing our feet because they were so black. And it said that it serves breakfast but it was only granola bars and coffee.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location. Great price.

The hotel is VERY outdated. When I booked the room it said breakfast was included, breakfast was NOT included. The hot tub was closed and there was trash in the hallways our entire stay, carpets are filthy and stained, the entire place was dirty and very poorly taken care of. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls molding was bowed out from ceiling, dirt and sand everywhere. I wouldn't stay here again.

The location was nice. Walking distance to everything we needed. It was nice to be able to have a fire on the beach.

The ceiling in the bathroom had a little spot of black on it and there didn't seem to be much for breakfast. But we didn't take a good look at the breakfast area because there was a restaurant we really wanted to try. We were going to book again for the end of next month but saw that the price almost tripled what I had paid (I get tourist season but that's a steep price hike).

The beach area was nice. It's close to downtown and all the shopping. It was cool to be able to watch the boats launch and dock from the island and watch the parasailors. The pool area looked nice, but we didn't use it. Overall, the room was clean. The lady at the counter and the maid ( I believe the maids name was mavis) were both very pleasant)

The reservation said breakfast included. Wrong it was a coupon for buy one get one at the restaurant down the street. Which when we arrived there the host came out and said that "We are currently short staffed and if you wanted anything it maybe a while". This sounded like a ploy, so, that you would go somewhere else or not eat breakfast at all.
