The restaurants menu was misleading in reference to their cocktails. If the desired cocktail wasn’t on the menu (mostly exotic cocktails) and you wanted a regular cocktail, old fashioned, margarita, gin & tonic, scotch & water the charged jumped to $20. Obviously most people prefer regular cocktails as opposed to exotic one then the charge jumped to $20. Those cocktails weren’t listed for the obvious reason that they then could charge you the higher price!

I didn’t get the king size I requested. I had called the property to let them know that my flight was 7 hour delay, they assure me everything is okay when I get there. When I got there around 4.30am, the guy in the front desk told me, they have to do a new reservation, and I have to pay for new reservation for $149 from 5am check out at 1pm. I asked him are you going to refund my money for the other reservation, he said yeah, and from now on I haven’t got my refund. Email them few time, no reply. They stole $149 from me.

It has decent quality rooms, however they might need to repair some basics like bathroom doors and breakfast is expensive for what is offered especially for vegetarians.

Clean, comfortable room. We were able to park in a parking garage which was very convenient for loading and unloading. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly.

Room had not a useful desk, a shame as would have loved to use the wifi more. Breakfast is a disaster. Generally excluded from the price; staff first tries to plug the USD 5 basic version which is just bread, jelly, tea/coffee and waffles. Not worth it. Then of course you are pushed towards the more expensive a la carte options.

Only 1 night stay, mainly as next morning tour pickup point was there. Room not bad for the price; 2 queen beds and good bathroom and wifi. The pool was closed without notice. It wasn't mentioned at check in as well. When we wanted to go for a swim, the hotel employee told us it is closed for maintenance. We specifically picked this hotel because of the pool, because we had a very long flight early next morning. The room was much more expensive than other hotels in the area. This was disappointing. The area around the hotel, especially in direction of downtown, was very poor and felt not safe at night to walk in. Travel only by car around the hotel! Also in the early morning there were homeless people at the entrance of the hotel. Not a safe feeling!

The hotel lobby and hallway were scorching hot. Room key didn't grant access to the elevator via parking garage. There were no luggage carts available. Our room didn't have hot water.

Room key never worked in the parking garage to let us back in the door for the elevator, so we had to walk up the ramp and around to the front entrance to get inside the hotel. First room had broken Air Conditioning so it was EXTREMELY hot, but staff was able to move us to another room with working AC, so it was much better after that. Beds were very firm, and kind of uncomfortable (at least for me and another family member. Pillows didn't have much too them and flattened out very quickly...we had to pull an extra out of the closet and a blanket to put underneath them to get more support. The water pressure in the toilets was really low. Sometimes it took 2-3 flushes just to get it to completely flush.

Close to our activities. Room rate was quite reasonable. Room was clean and shower worked and kept the water hot when needed. After we changed rooms (air conditioning was broken in the first room), the room was pleasant to stay/sleep in.
