It needs some upgrades, our room had old pizza boxes under the bed, and I feel getting rid of the carpets would be a plus. I think mainly if they could do some tlc to the indoor pool, it would be great. My stay was good the beds were comfortable and the ac unit worked amazing. Just very small detailed things that they need to work on.

Its in a perfect spot, staff was friendly and helpful.

Weeds and trash. Old mattresses and trash laying around by dumpster

Staff was nice of you could find them. Breakfast was very good just that the staff was not in the office and had to wait for 20 minutes for them to show up. Property maintenance was almost non existent. Trash, tall weeds junk piled up in various areas probably due to lazy staff or lack of staff. I would not stay there again.

The accessible room needs help. I had foot surgery so not supposed to have much weight on foot, no room for mobile wheelchair between bed and TV cabinet, the shower head/nozzle needs the movable wand so a person that can only put pressure on 1 foot can actually set on the shower chair close enough to get washed, I know it is roll in but it needs a small bump of tile to keep water in shower not on floor and the wood outside the shower wouldn't look bad and rotting, the commode needs a rail on each side if this is the rail you are going to use, some people can only use 1 arm to move themselves and it may not be the left, TV should be mounted on wall so it's up out of way and you could use skinnier table and cabinet to gain more access. The outlet by the bed really needs a cover if for some reason a small child is with an adult or visits that is a hazard. The shower chair itself is great but you really need to find one that doesn't hold water inside, this is a sanitary issue. Put photos but none of hotel or inside room

The rooms were mid, the tv was older and very small our refrigerator did not work well and restrooms were very outdated paint wise and floors as well. Carpets are super dirty as in stained dirty.

Common spaces were filthy. Room was not as pictured. Many rooms on the property but front desk put guests in close proximity.

The place is a bit outdated, but seemed clean where we stayed. The rooms seem to be in the midst of some repairs and upgrades.

Staff was very helpful and beyond accommodating although very understaffed during our stay.

The hotel is older and doesn't have elevator access. The bathroom shower head sits very low but the pressure is nice. The bathroom is very out dated

The breakfast was amazing. The variety of options was great. The location is right in the middle of all attractions. They have an in door and outdoor pool option.

This properties seem to have a lot of shitty repairs done, cheap and easy. Our room did not have a microwave in it and the teeny tiny fridge looked like it needed to be cleaned.

Not worth the money

Beds was not quality beds toilet seat fell off I asked for ground floor had to take a 3rd floor one person in my group has dizzy spill's cause of height
