Dirty—large amounts of dust/dirt behind the bathroom doors. Elevator squeaked like it was about to fall or get stuck. Highly insecure—Kids got off on the wrong floor and their key let them in to the room one floor up! Only 3 towels and 1 washcloth in a room for 4 people, desk didn’t have more.

Right off the highway. Had coffee in the morning. Bedding seemed clean. Locked door to get to the elevator.

No refrigerator or microwave in room and bed sounded like mattress was supported by sheet metal and it sounded like thunder when you rolled over. Parking lot strewn with litter.

Price was slightly less than others in area. Though it probably would have been cheaper to stay at more expensive place that had continental breakfast.

Although the bed appeared to have been freshly made, the linens were unfortunately not clean. The window of the room 123 did not open completely. Only partially, few inches. 6:00/6:30 in the morning the corridors were very loud.

I paid for a king size bed and got a queen and elevator not working properly. Got woken up at 2 am with the garbage truck emptying the big bin right by our room. I would probably choose a different hotel next time.

It was old, dirty and smelled of stale cigarettes. The elevator was very scetchy. Felt more comfortable using the stairs.

It was fairly close to downtown Portland and very easy to find off the expressway.

Elevator wasn’t working, hot water was also off, towel rack pulled off the wall, hair on towels, room smelt like weed and wet dog.

When we asked to change rooms they accommodated us right away.

Desk staff absent, then slow. Elevator broken down over the two days. No amenities! Room had comfy bed but nothing more. No mirror. No fridge. No chairs. TV was very spotty — poor connection.

Close to highway. Bed and cabinets were new.

There was a strange smell on every floor, and in our room all different. Our room was very damp and humid and also there was a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom we had to put a towel around the sink to avoid puddles forming on the counter. We saw pink mold forming on the ceiling in the bathroom. For the price and what we actually got I would not choose to stay there again.

It was a fine place to be a home base. Just to sleep and the AC worked well. staff was friendly enough.

The room was dirty. The whole building had a pee smell, which being pet friendly makes sense. Towels were not clean. There were dirty finger prints all over the bathroom door, a jalapeno on the floor by the bed, the back of the toilet was dirty, hair on the wall, and there were even dead bugs and dirt on top of the ac.

Location was good lots of things to do near by. Beds were comfortable. The ac kept the room nice and cool. Free wifi and cable. Lots of free parking available.

We accidentally left a baseball cap there. That had extremely important sentimatl value. It was my sons who is at bootcamp for the marines. We were told by staff it wasn't there. Clearly a staff member stole it and the staff decided to do nothing about it. But you have staff that steals...and evidently Noone cares.

We had to plunge the toilet 4 times and hold up the plunger on the tub so it would drain while taking a shower! The check in person was to occupied with his phone.

Night shift not knowledgeable when it comes to running motel. The elevator was horrible, noisy, and smelled of urine.

The room smells bad. Had to buy a candle to keep my room smelling good. Wish that they had a better selection with coffee and Creamer.( I love my cup of coffee in the morning). While trying to sleep, the bed makes funny noises.I guess it's not solid to the ground because. It moved from the wall.
