Loved the free kayak rentals on the bay. Loved that this property had everything and that you could go to the beach or the bay or the pool. Music at the pool was fantastic.

I've never had a complaint before, we've stayed 3 times now, but on this last visit our room floor was so filthy I had to mop it by hand 3 times. It was obvious that the cleaning staff had not mopped it. I would not let that keep me from going back though!

The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach and the boardwalk. The location really helps with staying out of the crazy traffic! The breakfast is really good. The pool area is very nice. We also like the small beach seating area on the sound side. There's also a pretty smoking area with beautiful palms. The free bicycles and paddleboards are really nice, too.

The shower was clogged up with hair causing it not to drain well . The toilet would not flush, keep filling up but not flush .

The a/c seems like it doesn't keep the room cooler at night like it does in the daytime, but besides that, nothing bad to say

I'd recommend making crossing the street to the beach safer. There were a couple times I felt like I was in a game of Frogger.

My bed was just not comfortable in room 320. And the cleaning people go by with a loud loud cart early in the morning, which wakes you up even if you don’t want to be awake.

Loved the location, the front desk staff was awesome as well as the breakfast person.

We were in room 320 and my bed was so soft. It made my back hurt. I think it just needs to be changed. My other complaint is the cleaning staff would roll those big carts past the room at like 8:30 in the morning and they’re loud inside the room, so that’s a little disruptive if you’re trying to sleep in.

The rooms are always clean when we get in them, the pool and the property is very nice.

It could use a little painting and power washing to the exterior- stairs and sidewalks.

Room was clean and decorated cute. Reasonable pricing. Breakfast was decent. If you’re looking for a cost effective hotel within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops it will be perfect! Great location!

Average same old breakfast as everyone else. Mold on the wall where u would hang a towel, and a moldy container and dispenser in the shower. Too yucky 🤮 to even want to use that liquid soap. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Walls are thin, room on the other side in the bathroom partied till 03 am. The room dehumidifier was dirty and the red light blinked all night as well as the red light on the phone. No message.

Free kayak, bicycle, or paddleboard use. Close to beach. Walking distance to restaurants.

I was not made aware we needed to request cleaning service on arrival. Our reservation was from Saturday to Monday. On the last day we decided to stay another day so at that point I asked that the room be refreshed. That never happened. By then we were out of toilet paper, we started using the tissue & the conditioner had ran out, I asked for both but no avail it was never replenished. Just one of the desk ladies were rude as heck. I had just asked a simple question of how to get to the private beach and she’s like it’s out back but another much nicer employee came to her rescue and was so polite and got us in the right direction to make use of the bay & the kayaks we requested.

Breakfast-Delicious, something different every day!! My husband also includes “it was excellent”!! And fresh fruit made available, also bags of ice on request for your daily excursion!! The breakfast attendant was exceptionally nice, she even made your waffles for you, really made you feel at home there.
