Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe only thing I can complain about is that I read many people on here say that they had parking on the property so it was free. When I got there, I was told I could park in an adjacent lot but it was $25/day. So PLAN for parking $
Hotel was very nice and clean. Definitely met and exceeded my expectations. Restaurant was great! Front desk was helpful and nice as well.

United StatesThe bluetooth mirror was annoying, feather pillows are never good-need firm pillows. The restaurant was closed even for coffee the first morning because no server showed up. AT LEAST have coffee service in the lobby since no other restaurants are nearby. Food was ok, a bit over cooked and too salty for our tastes, but great music and Kee was awesome with service and personality.
The bed was comfortable. I feel the mattress could be turned due to use. The bathroom was spacious. Parking was convenient. The location was a 15 minute walk to the Mercedes Benz Stadium.

United StatesThe floor we stayed on smelled heavily of cigarette smoke when we arrived. The front desk was alerted and quickly sent up housekeeping to deodorize which worked like a charm. There were leftover strands of hair in the shower (not a HUGE deal), but the shower gel dispenser was broken, and the tissue holder was empty. The restaurant is not yet open for dinner, so travelers should be aware they'll have to find food outside the hotel after 3pm.
Check-in was smooth and quick ( although I later found out I was erroneously charged 3x the required incidental deposit which remained until after checkout). The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-appointed.. Everyone I encountered on staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was great and the hotel location is central (albeit a little sketchy but heavily policed). The hotel is new, and working out kinks, but I would stay again.

United StatesThe Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom has a loud chime that can be heard from other guest rooms. It is on the same switch as the overhead bathroom light, so we didn’t dare flip the switch during the night. A nightlight of some kind would be helpful in the bathroom . We ended up moving the floor lamp into the bathroom for the night. There seems to be a problem with supplying enough hot water for morning showers. My shower started warm and was tepid by the end. My husband was able to have a hot shower only after rush hour.
As mentioned in almost every review, the front desk staff is exceptional. They are resourceful, gracious, personable and accommodating. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean.

United KingdomGarbage truck rudely wakes you up everyday at 4am. The hotel is opposite the court so at 7:30 if you’ve managed to go back to sleep you will be woken up by blaring sirens bringing a fresh bus load of prisoners for trail. They advertise as having coffee and tea facilities. You can only get coffee in the room. There is no room service, no porter, no breakfast included. There is currently a task force and it’s no surprise why. I kept hearing the excuse we’re new hence the problems. The staff on the ground are lovely it’s the management that needs changing.
Staff were lovely for the most part. Especially Yolanda and the maintenance guy with locks. I’m afraid his name escapes me.

United StatesThe ceiling paint was cracked and chipped as well as parts of the walls. The window panes were Not cleaned. The bedding makes you sweat, not breathable at all. The lighting was terrible; one lamp that barely gave off light. Mini fridge was Way too small.
