Close to the French Quarter but not noisy.

Trains ran early morning around 5am with horns. Hotel was beside the tracks and our room faced the tracks. Wish they had parking that was more reasonable owned or managed by the hotel.

Location was great. Nice continental breakfast. Hotel was very nice and quaint. Great rooms and decor. Totally would stay there again. Nice roof top patio and view of the river and city.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!

Hotel One11 was amazing! It's a historic building (former sugar refining company) with a lot of charm and character. The midcentury decor combined with the industrial look (i.e. iron beams and exposed brick) was so sleek and really made it unique! The staff were so welcoming and sweet! They helped us with everything from extra towels for the pool, to restaurant recommendations, to getting us a taxi back to the airport. The hotel bar was great and had some good local beers available. The pool was small but perfect for taking a quick dip and then lounging beside the pool. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It's one of the best places we have ever stayed. Would highly recommend it!

The in hotel food isn't great, but you're in New Orleans, do who cares!

Location, location location!!!!! Being between the French Quarter and the river in what was known as the sugar district was wonderful. And the rooftop patio as well as the pool are amazing.

The ONE11 Hotel was a wonderful hotel built in an old sugar factory. The interiors of the hotel and the rooms were thoroughly modern, clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxed; the staff was friendly and responsive. The breakfast and other light meals were excellent. The location was convenient to the things we wanted to see and do in New Orleans. In short, it was excellent temporary home away from home.

Bathroom had no privacy due to the barn door. Low acoustic privacy between rims: we could hear our neighbors all night.

Great common spaces, nice decor, good location and lovely staff.

The bar serves a few dishes but it would be nice to have a some more options

The hotel has a boutique vibe, which makes the stay so pleasant. The room was spacious and really beautifully decorated with a mix of industrial and modern touches. Extremely clean. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the French quarter but far enough that you can have quiet nights and not too much noise or issues right outside.

Bring ear plugs, there is a train track behind the building which can cause issues. Our room had very small windows and no view, so could feel a bit small at times.

Great location - everything you need and very comfortable. The type of breakfast served was just right to start the day (nothing heavy).

The courtyard around the pool was lovely. A real sun trap. The breakfasts were good with fruit, cereal, yogurts and cakes and pastries. The room was spacious with a lovely shower room. A large shower with all the toiletries necessary. The air conditioning was very quiet but effective. The hotel is in a good location, a couple of minutes walk from the Mississippi and the shops in the French Quarter. Very friendly staff.

We had a rooftop room with a walkout balcony but our view was of the parking garage. The bar closed at 10 pm we would have preferred longer hours at least 11 pm, but the bartender was amazing and soo sweet.

The hotel was amazing, aesthetically pleasing with beautiful views of the Mississippi River. We were in close enough proximity to walk everywhere our hearts desired we only took an y we twice but far enough we were able to rest in tranquility. The hotel staff were superb especially Mr. Joel. This hotel will always be our go to when we come to New Orleans. Until next time!

It was a shame that the bar didn't open until late afternoon and then closed at 10pm. It would have been lovely to be able to have a nightcap when we returned in the evenings.

What a fabulous, quirky hotel. Fantastic rooms and huge bathrooms. Breakfast was good and the bar area is really modern. On arrival the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location - it's in the heart of New Orleans but not on top of all the action. Two minutes walk to Bourbon Street in the French Quarter, easy access to bars, shopping and the French Market. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for somewhere well-priced and different to one of the impersonal mega-chains.

The rooms do not automatically have a mini fridge it has to be ordered The breakfast was not up to par with every other aspect of the hotel. One hot item ( a soggy premade waffle) was not in keeping with some many of the other aspects of the hotel

Design and quality of every area along with the staff.
