Everything was great, however the bathroom was a bit small and tight. No room to put your toiletries out - especially with a traveling family of four.

This is our 4th time staying here and we look forward to it after a 13 hour drive. We appreciate the apps and wine that the staff puts out while looking at the beautiful view of the Savannah river. Our room has an historical feel, and we look forward to our icecream treats left in the freezer for us at night.

I would loved having a full length mirror in our room. We also missed not having a nice veranda, overlooking the river, while enjoying our evening wine.

The Inn is in an awesome location in a very walkable city. Our room was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The nightly wine and light appetizers was a nice bonus. Also, the complimentary soft drinks, waters and ice cream were very much appreciated.

The staff is excellent and our room was huge with views at the river (we chose a big room). There is free wine and cheese in the afternoon and free soda and coffee all day long.

- The walls were paper thin and it was very easy to hear noise from the room next door

- Size of the rooms and the configuration for a family of 4 - The outlook onto the river where we could watch the ships go by - Location both to the waterfront and a stroll to the city centre - The complimentary cold drinks and coffee were a nice touch

Nothing all good. Would stay again. Only thing was a little worried about was noise as they provided ear plugs and noise machine but never used.

The location is perfect, the grounds are picturesque, the history behind the building and riverfront is impressive and the customer service is next level. We loved the wine and h'ordourves in the hotel lobby. The interior design made you feel at home at at ease. It's beautiful and serene and reflects the relationship the hotel has with the local nautical community. The book in the room detailing the local history and businesses of the area was my favorite special touch . My boyfriend enjoyed the complementary Klondike bars that are great after a long day in the Savannah heat.

The kitchen was still an apartment kitchen last updated the 90s. Not something you can probably change, but it smelt like a damp basement. I think incredibly old stone buildings do, though.

This is a wonderful historic hotel in a great section of Savannah. It's right on the river front making it easy to walk everywhere. Our "room" was actually a little apartment that had a sitting area and a kitchenette area in addition to the bedroom and bathroom and was really beautifully decorated. There was also a large desk and lots of charger ports, which made working in the room really convenient. It was super dog friendly and they even gave us a special doggie welcome kit, with treats, a tennis ball, pick-up bags and a door hanger to alert others that there was a pet in the room! There was easy parking on site and the staff were super helpful. They also have happy hour with wine and snacks and our freezer was stocked with ice cream treats! Of note if mobility is an issue...I did not see an elevator and exterior steps were the only way to access pretty much every area of the hotel from check in to the rooms themselves. There may be accessible rooms so if steps don't work for you, be sure to ask about this.
