Doesn't matter where you stay in the Hamptons, everything is ridiculously overpriced. Difficult to find a dinner for two in a restaurant for under $100 without drinks. Narrow roads with parking on streets. If you don't enjoy the beach, partying or shopping in expensive shops, there really is little to do. Too many e-mails from facility, before, during and after.

Excellent continental breakfast with some organic options. In excellent condition inside and out. Friendly staff.

We didn’t understand the air conditioner unit until we asked someone the next day. The bed frame metal and we both kept hitting our knees so feet on it. No closet that was weird

more knowledge about the TV, there was another remote there not sure what it was for, a roku remote perhaps. Maybe advise customers that they connect to their tv apps (netflix, HBO) via QR code on the tv screen there was a sign in option for each app so bring your passwords make sure you can sign OUT when you leave. I didn't remember any of my passwords but the QR code you probably need to sign up for ahead of time? I advise to bring some kind of slippers as the sisel rug under beds is rough to the feet. rest of floors are hardwood. I always like to see a lot of hooks in hotel rooms but none have enough. where do you put your worn cloths? damp bathingsuits?

The kitchenette is everything. There are plates, glasses, silverware (nothing sharp) a sink w/ dishsoap and sponge. Fridge, microwave, coffemaker (pods) AND a water heater teapot and toaster. There were even fresh flowers. The renovation is awesome. The beds are temperpedic FYI. The grounds are beautiful and have many seating areas, breakfast room fresh and modern. The TV has Roku and most apps, some you need an account in which a QR code appears on screen and somehow that magically is like a password?. I couldn't figure that out. some apps like peacock were already signed in from previous guests (does this mean what I watch goes onto their screens at home?) you tube saved the day for me. you can even pause on the remote. There are adirondak chairs on a porch outside every door, Trees and flowers everywhere. I didn't walk to the tiny beach across street because sometimes there's too much traffic that doesn't want to stop. Making a left turn in the Hamptons seems impossible at times. I go in the off season to get to the endless beaches on the ocean side of the south fork, if you go during the summer there is VERY little parking and NONE close by for all the main beaches and most need a permit. There's A LOT of money here that have done a good job at keeping the tourists OUT.

This little inn/motel is absolutely adorable. Everything was in excellent condition and the room had everything you could need: king bed (not the softest, but I slept well - I’m a “princess and the pea” kind of gal), a couch with a coffee table, mini kitchen, and a ceiling fan. I was visiting family and brought back leftovers from dinner. I was able to store them in the fridge until the next day when I used the microwave and utensils provided. The room was smaller, but well designed as they maximized every inch. I wouldn’t recommend a family staying in one room though - at least not in the king bed room. I feel like it would be cramped. It was right across from the beach and near town. While most of the rooms do not face the beach, it’s just across the street and meticulously maintained. Breakfast is included, but if you want a “meal”, there are plenty of options in town. I grabbed a coffee and walked across the street to put my toes in the water. It was just what I needed. Overall, this is a fantastic place for a clean, safe, and enjoyable stay.

Great location right across from the ocean. Loved to be able to see the bay from our balcony. Bed was unusually comfortable for a hotel. Pool and the overall common areas were very nice.

The bathroom could use a shelf over the toilet to hold personal items while getting ready. Other than that, I have no complaints. This is my second stay there because I like it so much there.

pool only open until 7pm, another hour or two especially if temperature is still above 80 would be pleasant. breakfast was well set up and stocked with a wonderful continental smorgasbord of choices; seating outside needs more coverage to sit outside or trays provided so guests could retreat for breakfast on their terrace balcony or another shaded area of the inn.

Location was fabulous and the rooms are lovely, we had 2, the one overlooking the pool and the ocean was fantastic The host was extremely helpful and friendly and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Nice little bit of breakfast offered in the morning was very welcome.

The rooms should be cleaned automatically every day. Breakfast was quite abundant, but very sweet (yoghurts, juices, pastries). Generally I don't like throw-away cups and plates, when eating at hotels. Too few tables and chairs. I was travelling with my daughter's family with little kids, so the speed of cars in the yard should be limited by bumps etc. Price/quality rate wasn't good (we paid 500+ USD per room/night).

The rooms were tidy, spacious and nicely decorated. The location was great for touring Long Island. The grounds of the Inn and the pool were optimal for our company.
