United StatesThe housekeeping didn’t come daily to take out trash or clean. We had sand all over and no way to sweep it up. The laundry room needs to have a push bar on door. Don’t grab handle and push cause it cut my finger open.

United StatesThe room reeked of cigarette smoke. No extra blankets or pillows and the beds did not come with a comforter, only a thin good-for-nothing decorative cover (the kinds hotels put at the foot of the bed for decoration). The second day, room service came in and set down 2 rolls of TP, 2 fresh wash cloths and towels and only took a couple of the dirty ones back lol.
No breakfast at this location. But each room has a full size refrigerator, a microwave (it was dirty and gross) and a 2 burner electric top *also dirty).

United StatesThe cleaning lady is rude, you cannot see the ocean from window clearly because its stained, the hallway smells weed, the sheets are not too comfortable ( average) for a value of $ 123 + tax, i booked a room with King Bed, I got 2 standard beds, no trash bin inside the restroom, no internet on TV.

I requested a room on the bottom floor and the attendant first stated that all the rooms were booked and when I told him that I wasn’t able to do the steps..:he was able to book me in a room on the first floor. Seems like he just didn’t want to take the time to switch my room which didn’t end up taking any extra time at all.

Bed was great. beach front, Air conditioner, towels, mini fridge, microwave. Just a advice I wish the king room could have a mini stove to cook meals. It could be great to have outdoor shower to clean sand.

United StatesThe outlets were so crooked in the walls and worn out that nothing would stay plugged in. The TV had a burned in shadow. The bathroom door had clearly been kicked in at some point in the past and the hinges were barely hanging on and the frame was split. The vinyl flooring was damaged and had rough spots that poked my feet. The lighting was directly over the head of the bed and awkwardly lit the room. The drain covers in the sink and bathtub were broken.
The bed was big, comfortable, and clean. The key cards worked. The price was affordable.

United StatesThe room smelled like cigarette smoke, the neighbors blasted music all night, and the shower hadn't been cleaned. The floors were covered in sand. The bed didn't have a top sheet, claimed the cover was a sheet. Overall for a hotel that has been "renovated" I wouldn't recommend staying for more than one night if you can't find any other beach access property available.
Honestly, the only thing about the hotel room my husband enjoyed was the black ceilings. He said for the simple fact it covered previous stains 😂 We also loved that the hotel had its own private beach. They also accommodated my husband and I's big truck.

That says a lot about the owners they have a good heart to let those people lay their heads on their property, but it’s not ideal for people who are vacationing in fact it is very uncomfortable you can’t enjoy your self to the fullest knowing there people hungry thirsty laying around everywhere it’s heart breaking. Wish I could help them all.
