Wifi wasn't working upon arrival, and sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and there was insufficient bedding for it

When we first arrived, the first room that we were given was not to our liking, the bed was very uncomfortable and there were multiple stains around the apartment. The staff was amazing and was able to upgrade the room. The property having a private beach seemed great, however it was underwhelming and we didn’t feel comfortable swimming in it so we just stayed by the pool and spa which was amazing. I loved seeing the cats and raccoons!

We had a wonderful time at the pool. We also had a wonderful view in our room, the ocean view was very nice and quiet.

When we arrived a smell like sewage was terrible at the resort. Unfortunately, the beach was covered in seaweed and there was no way we could go in the water. Having seen fabulous photos of the private beach we were gutted when we arrived. I appreciate it was not the fault of the hotel (all along the keys it was similar and difficult to find a spot to get in the water) but perhaps some warning of the current situation at check in would have prepared us for the disappointment? I had also read that we would be able to buy breakfast on site, but the snack bar/ restaurant did not open until 4pm.

It is a little odd that the reception is not on site, but the check in process was easy enough and good recommendations were given. The apartment was spacious and well equipped and clean. It was wonderful to have such large accommodation with our 2 teenagers. It was also quiet and well located.

It was hard to sleep at night because there were no blackout drapes and the porch light shined through the wooden blinds. The kitchen facilities were disappointing. The kitchen lacked basic pantry items such as salt and pepper. The silverware was paltry. The coffee maker didn’t work well and we only had decaf coffee provided. The dishwasher didn’t fit nicely (it wobbled) in its allotted spot and it leaked water on the floor after using it. So while the unit looked appealing in the photos, the fit and finish looked like a lot of corners were cut. The glass shower door scraped when closing it. A private beach was advertised, but it wasn’t useable. It had very smelly seaweed.

The location was excellent; close to snorkeling and kayaking tours in Key Largo. The pool and hot tub were nice. I could have done without the hose sprinkler while swimming. It most likely was an Olympic sized pool. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. The view from the living room was nice. If you can

The place wasn't clean. Dusty and the 2nd bedroom, one of the bed sheets wasn't changed. You were understaffed. We had to go to the office to pick up new sheets and it didn't even have full sheet sets. Glad I only stayed for 1 night.

It’s an older property. The only thing I would recommend is a more thorough cleaning of the windows and curtains, as they seemed a bit dusty.

The check-in process was quick, and the information provided was helpful. Family-friendly resort. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment comfortably fits 4 adults and 2 children. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. They also provide pool and beach towels.

Didn’t like having to pick up keys and instructions at a different location. When we arrived it was storming heavily and difficult to find.

Location was amazing, my family thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. The condo was perfect for our family of 6.

Nothing, everything was great as usual!!!

Place is fully equipped. Just bring clothes, personal items, detergent and food (if you chose to cook your own food and wash your clothes) and it's like being home. A/C works perfectly especially for those hot sunny days. Beds were comfortable, entire place was clean. The private beach and dock are a nice place to relax at without the crowds.

The restaurant on property is disgusting and the staff was not friendly at all. I think I expected a little more of a "beach" than what was there. The water isn't very accessible for swimming and it is a pretty rocky area.

the bed in this specific room was old, sagged in the middle and was extremely loud, creaky and uncomfortable

amazing view and location, loved the mini private beach area, very clean grounds, lots of activities to do, friendly staff, felt very safe with the gated guard to enter
