The pictures on the internet look absolutely wonderful they must have been taken when the motel was new... it was clen and comfortable and very nice staff but the pictures are very deceiving..... it is definitely showing its age think I could have got a room of that quality cheaper

The door locks were fussy. You needed a ten digit code, which was fine... sometimes. Other times you entered a few numbers and for no apparent reason had to start all over again. And starting over meant waiting for 5 seconds. It was tedious at best. Also, someone on my floor had a dog that yapped A LOT.

The view from the balcony was incredible! The staff was friendly. Great location.

There is nothing I dislike about it.

This was my third time staying at Ocean Park. I had no issues. I stayed in a room that the 2 beds, kitchenette and living room area where the sofa lets out into a bed. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable but other than that my time there was mainly for relaxation and to get away from work. It was a decent hotel. It’s reasonable priced. Once you book a room there are no hidden fees like how other hotels get you when it’s time to check in. I parked out front of the hotel and if those spots are taken you can park below in parking garage and those that have pets, it’s pet friendly. It has a gym, laundry services and indoor/ outdoor pools & hot tub. You have access to walking the beach also

I didn’t like the 10 digit code to get into the room. Everyday there was something wrong with the code. Staff did phenomenal in helping and fixing the issue but it was too repetitive

I loved the multiple pools and staff was friendly and very accommodating. Parking on the lower deck was great too

A/c unit in bedroom was broken and the drains took hours to drain. We messaged about it and were asked to send pictures.

I was guided all the time from Vacasa with emails, texts, and by their staff there. Very good location, clean room with everything that you need. Ocean front and ocean view for unbeatable price.

Smoking in a smoke free hotel. Personally I don’t care about vapes or cigarettes as long as it’s outside and away from children. But there was a lot of weed smoke in and outside the hotel

The price was a steal, there are two pools and two hot tubs indoor and out. The pools have a bit too much chlorine, it striped color from my hair and bleached my husband’s black shorts to white. The hotel is right on the beach and has beach access. The rooms are clean and stocked well for cleaning up the sand you track in and cooking wear. The balcony was spacious with a beautiful view. Perfect for catching the sunrise (look to your left) our only issue is that there was a whole lot of weed smoking for a smoke free facility. At times it would be so bad it would fill our room and we would have to close off the balcony. On the same thought of a smoke free hotel the staff were hitting their vapes and the guest weren’t even allowed to do that on the balconies… kind of a double standard and probably why there was weed smoke.

I do not like the key pad entry to the rooms. The codes are too long.

The grounds were beautiful. The pools offered a relaxing atmosphere. Great location.
