The cleaning was very debatable; I found hair and stain 🫟 on the bathroom door, 🫣 I had to open the sofa bed for the kids and on the mattress there was long hair and one blood stain 🫟 obviously I putted up side down it but very disgusting.

The position was not too bad. Quiet place. Full kitchen with all utensils 🍴dishwasher, big fridge, oven, upstairs big bath 🛁 tub, NO laundry room, balcony with barbecue (upstairs), barbecue downstairs, small yard.

2 bedroom was actually two separate apartments with separate entrances which was a bit awkward setup for a family. While it was very spacrious and had multiple kitchens/living room/bathrooms, it was a bit of an odd setup.

Booked last minute, and was super accomodating. Beds were comfortable as was the living room. Hot tub was close by and not crowded. Had kitchen facilities good for takeout, making coffee and simple cooking, which is great for families.

The location was overall good value for a weekend ski trip. There were a few minor annoyances, the sheet for the pullout bed was the wrong size, a few faucets had low pressure but otherwise it was serviceable and having a kitchen at this price point was good value. The Zoom-in front desk was a bit odd but worked without issue in my case

Room was not clean when I first got in, though one call to their help desk and cleaners were there in minutes. Internet was very slow and not useful, even with 30 minutes of tech support and buying a “premium “ level of service. Sound from downstairs room was too loud.

Room was nicely appointed. Check in was smooth and high tech. Response to a problem with the state of the room was promptly dealt with. Price was very affordable.

Check-in was done on-site, but through a camera and telephone, with no-one present in person. Table in unit was really small given lots of space was available.

One bedroom condo with full kitchen. Good value for money, clean, good location for my purposes.

I booked a room with a King bed and was told at check-in that the resort only offers Queen beds. Stayed in a room on the first level, people above me were noisy. Would have preferred more counter space in the bathroom.

Beautiful grounds with a wonderful waterfall for soothing white noise. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and full kitchen. Nice private patio with BBQ. Easy check-in. Close to shopping & restaurants

Internet service was extremely poor/non-existent at times. The pamphlet in the room stated that I could upgrade the service for a fee, when I tried it wasn't available. I called the "desk" she said they no longer had that service. I needed to get work items done and was not able to accomplish that, Extremely Disappointing and I feel falsely advertised. If I had known that I would have this problem I would not have stayed there.

We were staying in a studio unit (lower floor) and could not sleep well due to noises from neighbors upstairs. You can hear everything (talking, walking, ..)
