    The property had serious maintenance issues. There’s stains on the wall and ceiling . You could tell the ceiling had a leak and sure enough during my stay it leaked. The first week I was there the refrigerator was inoperable.

    The location is really good; restaurants and grocery stores are all within walking distance. The balancing was nice but no furniture to actually sit and enjoy.

    1)The apartment didn't have any instructions or labels. So, everything you had to find and try by yourself. 2) The management team is the main problem! They asked me to pay an extra $150 for the cleaning fee which wasn't added to the reservation after I made the booking. They didn't admit this was their mistake. 3) I kept asking for the instructions but they didn't respond to me. Finally, they sent it to me on May 14 at 5:00 pm. This was the day I should check in. 4) The instructions were very long and not organized. As a visitor, it was difficult to follow. 5) The two keys (enter the building and the apartment) were placed in a lockbox but the lockbox is in the lobby of the building. My husband and I could not go into the building because we didn't have the key! We were lucky because one young couple allowed us to go into the building when they went back. 6) There were no keys in the lockbox. I called the customer service immediately. We followed the instructions over the phone to try to open another lockbox but the code was wrong. Then, we tried the third lockbox to get the keys B405. However, the instructions stated our apartment should be B407. In between, the customer service asked me, "did you cancel the reservation?" It is ridiculous... 7) The AC was out of service on May 15 morning and we reported to them on 3 p.m. They said the AC maintenance will arrive on May 16 morning but they arrived at 1:30 p.m. The apartment was hot. My husband and I had to go to the balcony to cool down before we went to sleep. 8) When we checked out, they sent me other instructions but they didn't update my case. The instructions still stated the apartment B407. 9) My husband and I asked for compensation for all our hassle. They replied that we will consider and return to us as soon as possible. In fact, they didn't respond after we checked out. We waited for more than one month.

    The apartment itself is nice.

    I will NEVER book their property

    I canceled my booking after they sent me all that was not disclosed at the time of booking. First, the hostess called and told me that there was an electrical problem with my unit. They bumped me to another unit. Then they sent me an email that I will be charged $15 a day for parking. This is not written anywhere when making the booking. I canceled my booking. I didn't go there and I am yet to get a refund. Booking.com agreed with me for the refund but I am yet to see the $560 they took from my account. I went to my bank and filed a complaint. Case Pending.
