Our room had a "known problem" of a tub dial that was WAY TO TIGHT and nearly cut my palm open trying to turn it onto take a shower. Called down to report it as " not working" and was told to just try harder. She did offer to send someone up to turn it on, but they would have had to come back to turn it off!! In doing so, I was unable to get it to close all the way, so it was left to drip onto perfectly good towels to muffle the noise.

Breakfast was fine...needs more fruit offerings, but it was hot and ready and continuously monitored for resupply. Even tho I didn't use it, the media room was a nice touch of something different. Sound proofing (hall noise) could be better, but was okay.

The breakfast selections were very limited. Also, my room was on the 3rd floor, the floor was uneven, sagging in places qnd when you walked across the floor you could feel the floor shake slightly, like it didn't have enough support in the subfloor.

The location was very convenient to everything. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The facility was clean and inviting. Room was comfortable, except for the floor. Beds were very comfortable.

I did have some mold in the shower corner. Being so close to the base I would have thought breakfast would have opened earlier since so many leave before 6 to get to the base for family day and graduation. I also wish there was a bigger variety to the breakfast bar. Like maybe some.rolls/danishes/muffins people to grab and go. More kid friendly cereal and a bit bigger hot selection . The staff tried to help us hook.up to the media room TV so we could eat pizza and watch TV with our big family but we could not wirelessly hook up the TV even though we were told it was a smart TV.

The staff was incredibly helpful. With suggestions for places to dine, and opening the breakfast bar a little early, and just great engaging conversation. The bed was comfortable. It was incredibly easy to get to and close the Army Base. I would say 5 minutes close. When I asked for a large trash bag they had no problem getting it for me. The staff was always smiling and friendly. The hotel was clean. The room even had a med size fridge. Which was nice, not one of those mini fridges. We had a lot of people so it was nice to store our left overs and energy drinks. It was quiet too. We were there for 3 nights. But you can see housekeeping working on the empty rooms thoroughly.

Close to Fort Sill. Nice fitness room. Great laundry facilities and really liked the fact that the front doors lock after 10. Felt safe

Disappointed in breakfast. Biscuits and gravy wasn't good, no eggs. Not much selection of anything....

Staff was very nice, room very clean, comfortable bed. Not noisy, didn't hear noises from the hall or other rooms.

Front desk staff did not communicate. Other than to demand a $20 deposit for some reason. Had to quiz them to find out where my room was. Not even close to being hospitable.

Room was well appointed, a/c was great. Refrigerator and microwave were nice, tv was great.

More fruit at breakfast would have been nice. The walls and ceiling insulation seemed thin, lots of neighbor noises. The soap dispensers in the shower were not great.

Really good coffee 24/7. Comfortably sized rooms. Good dining space on ground floor. Fine gym open 24/7. Really close to Ft Sill and Elmer Thomas Park.

It is not typical, I am sure, but when we stayed the hotel had just flooded. We had a period of time in which we had no water. The cable also went in and out.

The staff was great! Breakfast was okay. Somethings needed to be replenished for all of the guests (muffins, more fruit choices). Loved the small kitchen in our room!
