Honestly, nothing, it was really good!

This place seems to be brand new and so it is all designed perfectly for what tourists in the area will likely need. Spacious comfortable room with full kitchen, easy parking, free coffee downstairs, good wifi, nice pool and hot tub (that's not on a main road, like most of the other hotels in the area). Close to town and also to Arches National Park.

I can’t find one thing I don’t like

We stay here every year on our way to Texas. This is by far my favorite place I’ve ever stayed. The rooms are so clean. I’m OCD and I hate staying at hotels, but this one I’ll stay every year.

1- Location - easy access to Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse parks. Property located just in the outskirts of Moab, just few minutes from Arches National Park and approx. 35-45 min from Canyonlands National Park (Island in the Sky), and 40 min from Dead Horse State Park. (Note though, the Needles district of the Canyonlands require additional 1.5 hour drive, Newspaper Rock about 1 hr or so) 2- Hotel Staff - especially miss Zayra working evening shifts. She's great and very 'natural' for hospitality business. Made our stay memorable. 3- Super comfortable king size bed 4- Great out of window views, ether side of the hotel as property is located on a hill parallel to Moab Fault. Views are guaranteed. 5- Housekeeping lady, who's name escapes me now, always smiling and courteous, very hard working We will be coming back

This is a new hotel with a wonderful view from it's outside pool. Our room was big, as well as the bathroom. Kitchen was great and I was happy that I read the opinions earlier so I knew all kitchen appliances are available downstairs at reception, they gave my everything I asked for (coffee cups, cutlery, pot). Laundry room available as well. All nice and great.

No complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfect. I wish they had some trees in the parking lot as the cars got very very hot and we were afraid of the tires melting. But not a deal breaker, we will for sure go back

Honestly we loved every single part of it. First off we got there at 3:30 in the morning - and there was someone to greet us with a big smile on their faces, regardless of how late it was. We loved that he had a little kitchen area so we can cook . We loved the pool and the hot tub, we used it every day of our day The views from our windows and all around the complex, our breathtaking Downtown Moab is like two minutes away by car and the Archies national park like eight minutes away Bed and pillows were super comfortable as well. Everything was super clean and we loved thats called my place. My husband and I just joked a lot when we were getting there “if that’s my place if you want to drive up” 😂 Breakfast was not included but they had the option of bringing you one. We didn’t mind about breakfast, we either cooked or went out to grab it.

Our stay was perfect! Loved everything about it. Our room had a full size fridge, toaster, stovetop. If you need pots and pans you can ask the reception to borrow some. There’s also a BBQ outside by the pool you can use. Make sure you go to Antica Forma for their pizza… the best and the fast service. We had the all meat and it was delish!
