Noise Parking (when you park your car, you have to be careful because there are two large, nail-like spikes on the wheel stop. I have severe damage to the undercarriage of my car)

There was construction in the room next door, so that was a bit noisy during the day.

We liked that the property was located “in town” and we could park our car for free and then walk most places we wanted to go. The fact that the building is historic was also fun. We liked having a balcony to sit outside of the room.

The 2 TVs were linked so we had to unplug one. A curtain across the “room” would be nice for privacy to change clothes

Finding the parking was somewhat confusing, but once located, it wasn't too difficult to get in and out. It was also a bit unusual that there was no staff present at the location, except for a private-party cleaner at the end of our stay.

The location was fantastic, the room was clean, and fur friendly which is exactly what we were looking for!

Our room was very small, the bed not very comfortable. The doors are very old and we were locked out of our room for hours because the key would not work.

Location is GREAT- quietly set 1 block from main traffic. Free parking. VERY secure, easy contactless check-in. Good messaging with property. Easy to walk everywhere. 20 min walk to west end of town for mini golf.

The instructions to get into the building were very long. I think they could be condensed and/or call out the important details (code to get in, combination to get key) in bold.

The curtains in my room really need updating, they are see-through, and the light is right outside it.. I didn't really see anyone around at night and can't call out on my phone. the people next to me were fighting and having a drunken row, and it was a bit scary.. the man was really aggressive. would be good to have had someone in the hotel to manage that..

I had never done the booking with no one on site before so I was a little confused at first but they helped with calling them, Room was very small and felt like a double bed, facility was clean, good parking. Nice little town. many places to eat. Coffee in room, refrigerator outside of room in common area, no breakfast,A/C worked fine. Very quiet.We had upstairs room...very steep,narrow stairs.

Not dog friendly as far as green areas. My dog started peeing on the sidewalk because he knew there was no other place to go, same for #2.

Just a bit hot inside the room since there was no AC. They did have electric fan.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I just wish there was AC because it was a bit hot during the night. The electric fan wasn't enough. We wanted to open the balcony door but didn't feel safe to open it while we sleep. Overall, the stay was good. Staff was amazing and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family.

The email I was sent as far as getting the key and room info wouldn't open and the tvs in both rooms just said no signal so we kept calling to figure it out and got no help so the next day I continued to mess around with them and figured out they had never been set up so I had to waste my time figuring that out and set them up those were our only 2 issues everything else was wonderful location was great we'd love to stay with you again!!!

Noise from upstairs unit woke me EARLY in the morning. EVERY STEP THEY TOOK was very sqeaky in Room 11. Hair dryer didn't work. We were 3 and had to search to locate third set of towels. No staff person to ask. Finally found them under sink. Also, no directions on how to pay $25 fee for my mini poodle. I had inquired about how to pay prior to our arrival, a day or two after making reservations, and was told, "Thanks for letting me know. No worries. I'll send you a statement." Now, the day after departure, I still have not received a bill. I also spoke with 2 staff members upon check-out and they also said I'd receive a bill. Still nothing and I do NOT want to be accused of sneaking her in and owing a $500. fee. Please advise!

The bed felt old and hard. Not enough towels for 2 people to take a shower so one of us couldn't. We did not call to ask as it was just a one night stay and were going home the next day. Not lodges issue but the guests next to us were up all night coughing and kept waking us up, so I hope they felt better after their stay.

Communication with the hotel before our stay on the how to's of check in and what to expect. Instructions everywhere posted for convenience. Lots of coffee in every common room. Great views. Felt safe in room and in main building with the codes and keys.
