Accommodations/amenities 10/10, cleanliness was amazing. We were very close to all the attractions, and festivities. The lobby smelled amazing, and the customer service was top tier.

We loved the feel of the hotel and the set up of our room. It was walking distance to some attractions in Nashville like the Gulch & a quick Uber ride to Broadway & Printers Alley.

As a non-smoker, I did not like having to walk through cigarette smoke while walking up the sidewalks to the lobby, but I understand that there are designated smoking areas, and I could have walked completely around them if I wanted to avoid the smoke completely

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom mirror was amazing, and the foot prop and shelf for toiletries in the shower were appreciated. The air conditioning in the room was nice, quiet, and easy to set. It was nice to have a full-size refrigerator, as some hotel refrigerators are tiny. There were not many channels available to watch on the TV, but it had the option of pairing your phone to it.

The beds were spotless but the floors were not too clean and found a false nail on floor as we walked in. The surfaces and drawers are a contiboard which was very clean but marked up so looked slightly more worn but on the whole would recommend it

The location was quiet but a 20-30 min walk downtown which was fab. Around $7-8 in an uber. It had complimentary tea and coffee pods and a dispenser with food juice and water and some items of merchandise. Pool area was also amazing. Staff excellent

Some staff quite rude and dismissive, we requested early check in if possible, was told it was pending on check out, we travelled overnight, arrived exhausted and man at desk didn’t seem to care that there was an older person with mobility issues , spoke later to cleaners who said our room could have been ready earlier if they had been informed, not able to use facilities and ended up doing few tours to occupy us till room ready

Booked this hotel because it had a pool and the weather was going to be hot. We were given notice the pool would be closed for a private function at 6pm on Saturday which we were ok with. What we not ok with was the next day the private function people had set up another party on the pool deck, taking up a lot of space with their loud music blaring, singing and dancing. It is very busy over the weekend with lots of groups, not a relaxing by the pool hotel, except on Monday morning.

The entrance to the parking garage is very steep and no warning signs posted. We don’t have a particularly low car, but we scraped pretty badly both going in and coming out. Would be helpful to have some warning signs for non-suv drivers to be weary of that angle drop.

It was clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Having two separate rooms in one suite was so great. Convenient location. Fair price.
